Those are rather skimpy prizes, I see nothing that I deem worth working for until the 9th you-know-what, and even then, 10 and 11 aren't worth working for.

The next rainbow divine is Shiny Yellow, coming out in the Piñatas. Testing ends on April 13, and the Cards promo ends on the 16th, so the next promotion will start sometime after that, sooner or later.
