I have 4 horses! I have 2 quarter horses, Ollie is 3 and Butterfly is 6. I also have a Morgan who is 4, her name is Cookie. Finally, I have a Thoroughbred, Starry and he is 8. I show jump with Ollie and Cookie. Butterfly and Starry are ridden by my little sister and brother.

My family actually breeds Drum horses. We have a few that we use to breed and we sell the rest. We also breed Criollo and Quarter horses. All of them are purebred. Me and my sister use them for comps!

I have a 5 yr. o. gelding by the sire Baloubet Du Rouet, he's very handsome and his dam is by the sire Chacco Blue. He's definetly a horse for the future! And also he's 179 cm. (18hh ish)

*his sire is Chacco Blue and his dam's sire is Diamant De Semilly, so basically he's a Holsteiner x Selle Francais
|
I have a 5 year old 17hh off track bay Thoroughbred mare. She is the Daughter of 2011 Kentucky Derby Winner Animal Kingdom
|
The barn I ride at has six horses.
Lovebug is 27. She is a bay Thoroughbred with the worst attitude. She is a former racehorse and is the barn demon. High Tower is 16. He is a 17.3 hh chestnut warmblood. He is kinda sickly but has the most amazing canter. He likes to chew on cross ties. Ike is 12. He is a 15.1 hh bay Thoroughbred/Dutch Warmblood gelding. HE has an Oldenburg brand but is not. His mother is a famous Grand Prix horse but he couldn't make the height. Apollo is 17. He is a chestnut overo Paint with weird blue eyes. He is nosy, mischievous, and likes to run your leg on the arena fence. However, he jumps like a rabbit and is overall very safe. Charley is my old boy. He is 21 and a bay 16.5 hh Quarter Horse. He is the sweetest boy out there but he is afraid of deer. I love him with all my heart. Banjo is 19. He is a chestnut Quarter Pony/Haflinger gelding. He is nice but a bit spooky. Currently, he is not used because he has a coffin bone problem.

My profile pic is my girl Cassini, her sire is an Argentinean Criollo and her dam an Andalusian donkey, she's about 15hh, 8 years old, a bit ear-shy, and loves face scritches and chasing chickens.
She lives with our 4-year-old Curly Foxtrotter gelding Bowie, who is 14hh, red roan, has one blue eye, and is A Very Good Boy.

I don't own a horse of my own, but I'm the only one at the barn that I work at who Miss Tea the 30 year old quarter horse likes, so . . .
I have also competed on and worked with Bella, a Percheron-Quarter horse- cross for the past two years. I am the only Barn Brat (It's a group of teenagers who all work, compete, train, and ride together) that our instructor will let ride her |

I lease a 24 year old Quarter Horse. His name is Moses. He's a shorter horse (like me! ) He used to be a great barrel racer. I can tell when I run him through the barrel pattern, he really keeps those corners tight. He deserves his retirement. He's amazing, and very good with beginners. His chestnut coat is gorgeous, just like his spirit

I have a beautiful rare chestnut dun (carries the bay and cream gene) who looks legitimately blood red except for the traces of cream at her pastern and around her muzzle and the black and cream hairs in her mane and tail. She's a 8-9 y.o. MFT x Trakehner x Hanovarian that I got from the slaughter house when she was 2 and I was 11. She's presumed to be a Premarin baby, because Warmblood mares are used and serviced by smaller studs and MFT are rather cheap. Luckily she looks like a high quality MFT or a Warmblood. Basically she was a throwaway foal.
She's my heart and I love her sooooo much. She's also insanely fast (clocks 2 minutes on a mile at a lope) and fun to ride, even when she's a spicy ghost pepper! |
