Beach rides is messing up for me. It says the horse has no skills to transfer but yet beach rides are not 100% complete

My usual advice for any technical problems

Clear cache and cookies. Try a different browser.

Rides are also playing up for me on phone app. It wont let me do any more after I have done some and even tho pony has enough energy the warning keeps coming up that she doesn’t. Very slow game trying to get them completed for my pony today.

I haven't sent a ticket to contact us yet - it doesn't look like it's a bug ... but a new feature?

Hopefully there is some clarity around it soon. I will send a ticket to them just to find out.

Ok, so its not just me...i wondered if i was losing my mind, as i could have sworn that it just said my horse had no skills to transfer with the beach rides, only to be able to get more the next day!

If players would send tickets to Contact Us as soon as they have a technical problem then the sooner Admin would know the size of the problem and could send all the info to the tech team to resolve it.

Chatting about it in forums does nothing and just delays a resolution being found. Admin do not monitor the Gameplay forum for issues as it is not intended for bug hunting.

It isn't only simplified or beach rides. For two or three days I've been randomly having issues with manually entering durations for forest or mountain rides. Sometimes it works fine. Sometimes even when there is time and energy for the horse to have a ride, the meter doesn't allow me to enter any duration for the ride. Other times it shows more time possible than the horse has available.

I have already filed a ticket. Just adding this data point for anyone else reading this thread who's having issues with rides.

I just noticed it only does the amount of hours your horse has energy for. So your horse likely only has enough energy for 5hrs instead of 5.5hrs. And I just started experiencing that too with my divines. When I have 80% energy instead of 81% on my winds, they'll do 1hr of rides and when hovered over the rides say 0hrs when I have 40% energy. So even though my rides are set for 2hrs, normally it'd refuse since I didnt have enough for 2 hrs, but now its automatically doing the amount your horse has the energy for even if it isn't the preset amount of hours chosen

I am having it outside of the simplified mode, I cant even add hours to rides.

Been acting up for a few days now, even F5 doesn't fix it half the time. Have to go back a horse, and then return to the one I was working on.

Has anyone reported the issue?
