Matcha tea Divine?

I am completely confused right now. I feel like I have been missing for weeks on this game. I NEVER miss a divine horse and even if I don't acquire it right away at least I know its there! and I am usually on the game everyday although I may skip a day but log on the next. Can someone PLEASE tell me when Matcha tea Divine was offered and was it for money or was it a promo?? I don't even remember seeing this horse! Thank you and much appreciated

It was released a couple of weeks ago in the titan's challenge as a weekend offer.
