The ads feature currently only works in the app!

Ah bummer. The App was telling me I have a children’s account even though I don’t and it works fine in browser and wouldn’t let me do those sorts of things. I guess I’ll have to contact support or something. ty for response!

I've been having that same issue, where the app says I'm under 16, since the beginning of October. Support just told me to clear my cache, but that didn't work

This is the message I see when I try to access promotional videos on the classic version of Howrse. It tells me they only work in the app.

There have been a lot of issues with people being unable to access the app because of non-existant age-issues. I think the best way to tackle this is indeed to send a ticket to Support.
