I‘ve got a question about the loyality meter of the new Quick Sale Event: How does that work? And what do I have to do so it fills up?

You get points for the passes and equus you spend. The amounts of passes and equus per points amounts is located at the bottom of the flash sale page.

It's
1 point for every 50 Passes spent
1 point for every 250,000 Equus spent

And when you get the needed points for each threshold you can collect the fragments

Flash sales you will need equus / Direct sales you will need paases and reserved only for you will need passes as well...if this answers your question directlydefault smiley :)
