Hello all and thank you in advance for your answers.
Am I missing something? In the Memory Event I got to the very end and received a Zebra and a Jenny. I can go to the summary of winnings and see where it says I received both of those. But they are not in my horses. I cannot find them anywhere. Did I miss something? Did I need to do something else to receive them?

Did you choose the coats? This is a common way to resolve it.

If you go to your notifications and find the one that says something about the jenny and zebra, 2 different notifications though, click on them and it'll let you choose your horses coat and you'll receive one

Pretty sure it says something like you've collected enough fragments. Choose your coat for Jenny or something like that I think

That works!!! Thank you so so very much! I absolutely did not know that I needed to go into the notifications to select the color. I now have both. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
