On vacation. Playing on Phone

I am on vacation next couple weeks and trying to do the objectives. One objective is to buy a Fresian, but the mobile site won’t let me, nor will it allow me to change my objective because it says “I am not authorized”. I am not on the app because that has never worked for me, so I am playing off a web browser. How do I fix this.

You could also always switch to classic on your phone; there's a link to it when you tap the head icon.
