You should be taken to the ray page to choose another image if you click on the Unlimited icon directly under the horse. Are you on the app? If so, I'd try classic. Might be worth the usual clearing cache and cookies too. If it persists, let contat us know so they can see what the problem is. I'll see if I can find one of mine with an unlimited ray and try it

It should take you right to the page to choose a new ray, if selected from the ray icon under the horse but above their health/morale/energy bars. I've noticed if you go to the list of BMI's the horse has and click on it from there, it will take you to purchase a new one. Clearing cache/cookies is always a great idea as well, if nothing else. Tested on one of mine and had no issues. Hope this helps!

The word "Purchase" doesn't actually apply with the unlimited rays. It looks like you're being asked to pay for another but, when you choose one, it should just apply it free of charge.Make sure before you press yes though!
