Hi all

Slowly easing back into gameplay after a 13-year hiatus and have come across some Pastry foals (normal horses with Pastry parents, giving them low GP but high inborn skills) - I was wondering, do they skill earn skills as normal once they are of an age where you can do rides/training/comps/etc? Presumably to the extent of their GP (so for example a foal with 27k inborn skills and 9 or 10k GP would max around 36k skills once everything was bolded)? I have no idea how they work
