Get your gift wrapping skills warmed up by playing the Gifts Workshop!

How to play?


Click to display
Explore all the rooms and wrap the Toys blocking the way so you can proceed to the next room.

You can open the doors by wrapping the gifts, but each action consumes energy .

Inside the rooms you can find:

Gifts

Divine fragments

An objective proposed by a quest-giver

Gifts to send to a friend

Gifts sent by friends

Tools (duct tape)

Sometimes you can choose which room to open from multiple options. Some require more wrapping to be opened, and some use more energy than others.

Don't forget to complete the event tutorial to get Duct Tape Tools in the Advent Calendar.


How does the energy work?

Each toy requires a specific number of actions (clicks) to be wrapped, and each action costs a certain amount of energy.

Each Toy has life and power. The more power they have, the more energy you will use.

The energy refills 1 point every 4 hours (or faster if you upgrade it).

You can buy extra energy points with Passes.


You can use tools (duct tape) to upgrade your battery:

So it refills faster;

So it increases its maximum capacity.


Improve the Helper skills

While on your journey, you will encounter tools (duct tape) to improve your Helper skills.

There are 3 different types of improvements:

Regeneration: Energy is restored more frequently.

Attack: Each click is worth 1 more attack point.

Energy capacity: Increase the maximum amount of energy you can have.

You must reach the final room and wrap the toy to win the Jackpot.

Once you’ve done that, you can:
➞ Go back to any previous room.
➞ Open doors you didn’t open before.
➞ Choose any room you want from the full map.



Jackpot: Feliz Navidad


Wrap the final toy in the main workshop to win the Christmas Divine Feliz Navidad.


Water Power


You can win fragments of the new divine Water Power in the event, by completing your Daily Objectives, and by opening Tyche’s Crowns.


The Divine Workshops

The Divine Workshops will start on December 22nd.

Complete them to earn divine fragments for the corresponding horse.

You can re-enter the Divine Workshops after completing them, and you can also leave one at any time to start another.

No boost given, but the friend you send it to gets a new door added to their current room, and opening that one has a gift, like a store item. The doors you see with the yellow presents are gifts sent to you by friends

Yes,it shows in my history. I've just had time to check everything thoroughly and I'm pretty sure it came through. I've upgraded wrapping and regeneration along with the energy once and I am out of tape at room 24.

Last year, I wanted two of the divines and had lots of fragments already, so I got them both with no passes spent (though I skipped the new Christmas divine in the main trek). This year, I'm just not into any of the five divines so I guess I'll focus on Feliz Navidad.

I’m on door 25, pass free, only one mistake. If I didn’t make that mistake I’d be on door 26 so I didn’t loose much.

I’m on door 37 but I’ve bought several packs of tape… I’m trying to go after the spice horse but don’t have many fragments for her… I do have lots for all the others except the love divine… maybe I’ll get the spice horse and another out of the selection… we’ll see how it goes… I wasn’t thrilled with the selection tbh…

- ALWAYS go for the Purple tape. ALWAYS. You cannot afford to skip any. You can come back and get prizes later, but missing an upgrade will be a serious detriment to you. If you see a Tape roll, give up everything and get the Tape.

- Purple Tape rooms: 5, 11, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30, 34, 38, 43, 46, 51, 57, 61, 64, 68, 71, 74, 78, 81, 84, 87, 91, 95


Upgrade list:

This is what I used and found myself comfortable with, but keep in mind that you might want to tailor the experience to your own time availability.

- Bar I (tutorial, mandatory)
- Regen I
- Power I
- Regen II
- Power II
- Power III
- Regen III
- Bar II
- Bar III

As I said, this was my personal experience, but you might want to change it to your tastes.

As long as you keep Energy Capacity LAST, you should be fine. I know it's tempting to upgrade Energy capacity first because it's Cheap and it gives you 6 energy, BUT a level 1 wrap is 1 point, while a level 4 wrap is 4 points per energy. Need I say anything more?

Bar = Energy capacity; Regen = Regeneration timer; Power = Wrapping power

Is it required to get certain upgrades if you want to go for another one of the divines?? I want the spice or love divines, but, is it wiser to just go for Feliz Navidad?

You'll want to reach room 87 for the upgrades. A fully upgraded Bushy will go farther in the labs.

Is this contest taking longer than previous ones with regeneration, etc? I bought 3 packs the first day which hasn't seem to help much.

Finding this very tedious with the waiting. Anyone else?

I’ve been opening doors with the least liked prices that require less energy. I do this to get ahead quickly so that I can feel like I’ve accomplished something at the end of the event as I don’t like buying or spending passes default smiley xd I just hoard them default smiley (lol)

Is anybody having an issue where the game glitches really badly and you need to shut down the entire web window when you try and enter into the main door or click on another door?
