The Crazy Friday sales!

HellOw everyone!

The Crazy Friday sales will return soon!

There are three different types of Sales:

Direct sales: Different horses will appear throughout the day, but only one of each will be available. The fastest wins the sale! Limited to one purchase every twelve hours.

Auctions: Place the highest bid in Equus to win the divine horse of your dreams! Limited to one purchase every twelve hours.

Reserved sales: Every eight hours, check out a new batch of horses in the Reserved sales tab. These horses will be available to you during this time only, with a limit of one purchase per horse, but you will have the possibility to buy one of each horse offered.

All Crazy Friday sales will be accessible from a separate dedicated hub to prevent any confusion with other sales happening at the same time.

Saffron fragments

With every purchase made during Crazy Friday, you'll earn points that will help fill up a loyalty meter. Reach different levels to get Saffron Fragments.

The sales will start on 2025-11-21 09:00 and will end on 2025-11-24 09:00.

This time matches the time zone chosen on your account.

⚠️ The full program of the sales will be shared when the sales begin.

Good luck,
The Howrse Team

Every single year we complain about a relative drought in the euro morning time zones and every year this game continues to do this nonsense? It's not right that divines are released in disproportionate batches.

I was about to say the exact same thing. I'm in a country where the auctions keep coming during the day, but I am mostly active during the early hours. It's honestly frustrating that there are barely any auctions. I'm trying my luck at a cheap one so that I can add points to the meter, but there's no auctions to be found, at least not ones that I can get with my current reserve unless I get lucky.

Yeah I also find it strange how many stretches there are without a single divine tbh. I would have liked to splurge for something nice if they were on!

P.S.: my advice when getting a wind divine:

Step 1. Get the divine, THEN stroke a Xanthos. It will give the divine additional +10 energy points.
Step 2. Besides giving them Water of Youth, Philotes' Stroke and Achilles Heel, you can try to give them Croesus fortune, so they are more likely to find +3 energy bonus.

Together with some luck of finding a treat, these 2 steps will give you an additional hour of ride. If you are an old player and getting new horses everyday, it may not be worth spending a Croesus Fortune, but if you don't really produce any new foals, with some luck it can give you an additional hour of ride every day you take care of them.

How many hours you would then get with one extra hour? 5?

Also why would you give a wind the Water of Youth? What good does it do?

Exactly! I feel so stupid! I My oldest wind is now 3060 and until now I hadn't understood this! default smiley <:o) I gave him now a WoY, so he will be productive at least a bit longer.

Thank you for that piece of info!

Why are there any times where auctions aren't occuring? Surely it makes sense to have auctions going continuously? This is the international server, all timezones are active here.

About divine horse collections

Do you get some sort of a reward for completing a collection or is the collecting basically for fun only?

I know completing the Horses of the Rainbow collection will get you a Secret Rainbow, though. What about the other collections?

There's a few others that have horses you only get from completing them. Gems have Diamond, Solar Systems have Moon (I think?) Plants have Lotis, Water Divines have Brook. Some collections there isn't anything, though.

I've been thinking about how difficult it is to get anything in the Direct sales for many of us and wonder if Howrse might think about making it possible for each of us to buy just one divine of our own choice for a set passes price ie, we select from all the divine series the one we'd like to buy and the price is set. For ease of managing it, I'd think the price would be the same whatever we choose.

I suspect most senior players, like me have many divines so the reserved sales aren't as attractive as they are to newer people and allowing just this one chosen sale would be great to help us get that one divine we just haven't managed yet but long for. It would be fair inasmuch as everyone is able to buy or save up passes whatever their seniority and would make the sales much less frustrating for those of us who never even see the direct sales, let alone get a chance to click to buy.

My internet is awful and yesterday due to a storm it went out default smiley (lol). I have seen a couple of divines that I would honestly pay more than the prices in directs for.

What if for every divine offered we had the option of going for in auctions, or directs at the discounted price, but we also get to maybe pick 2-4 divines from reserved sales that aren't part of the rotation?

And then beyond that we can get divines from reserved at their full price. I would be fine with that instead of setting my alarm to 4am and praying that I get Seth in one of the ungodly hour offerings default smiley xd

Just tried for the one divine I've wanted for ages. Howrse is usually quite quiet at this time of day and I actually saw the buy button for once and clicked immediately but, no, someone else was faster as always.

Odd, the directs were a lot quieter earlier. I even got a Divine in one (Kabuki) which I honestly did not expect, but there were even others just... sitting there, not being bought, for at least an hour or so.

The auctions also haven't been nearly as bad as I was expecting, I still haven't got a Love Divine like I was hoping (I know it's unlikely at my reserve) but I did get Irene Adler for around 4 and a half million, and she's my first VA dropper and a Divine I can use for the trophies. default smiley :)

good luck! he's 2,369 passes... and looking at my pass history, it seems I actually did get in the running for a Seth yesterday too, the passes got debited and re-credited default smiley (lol)

also in my pass history is a mystery 1,564 pass debit and credit for flash sales, I don't even remember what I was clicking on default smiley xd

I have quite a few divines sitting at about 900 points or so. I know we've had divine fragments in sales before and it didn't go very well, but it would have been really nice to have batches of like 50 or 100 points that we could buy and put towards divines of our choice. Or even if it's like, a divine series, like 50 points to a solar divine of our choice type of thing.

Or if we could select a divine that we could work towards instead of being assigned a divine, like instead of Saffron, I would have preferred a solar divine, with the option to buy said divine at the end for a set pass or equus price depending on how many fragments I'd gathered for it over the course of the event.

Saying that, I'm back to picking up some handy duplicates instead of going for ones that I don't have.

How are people so fast at direct sales??? It is physically not possible to click faster, I'm starting to think it's like, multiple people clicking at the same time and then one is chosen randomly lol

There is a knack to it, but it can very much depend on your reflexes and your internet speed, as others have said.

I think I’ve been extremely lucky so far. I’ve managed to snatch one horse in auction finally and I’ve got my eye on one more, fingers crossed im lucky enough to get it.

And also got two from directsdefault smiley :o i managed to save up enough passes to get the horses I want without worrying about price. I’ve had to set alarms for the times wanted horses are for sale and literally tap my screen like a mad woman when the times on the last few seconds.

For my first time experiencing the sale it’s absolutely mental, I can’t believe how expensive some of the horses have sold for in auctions. It’s a crazy rat race default smiley :o although it’s frustrating I am enjoying the chaos. Least now I know what’s coming next year so can start saving and prepping earlier to maybe win a few more auctions default smiley :d
