I would have been able to win one or two more prizes with the cards I had, but the timing was not how I thought so I'm a little mad about that. I thought since the game resets at midnight game time but actually resets at like 3 o'clock for me, the event would be the same way so in the future I would love it if they made it uniform where either they use game time for everything or real time for everything.

I don't know how long the event actually was as I think I started playing in the middle so take this with a grain of salt, but I would have loved more time. I was only able to get everything from one of the four levels, which is somewhat disappointing.

As far as the prizes go, I was not unhappy with them, but I have no previous events to compare to, so based on what others say I'm guessing the prizes could have been better. I do think the grand prize could have been a bit better as if I'm remembering correctly, you don't even get to pick which companion you get from the lantern.

I couldve won the end prize but pick up other prizes. I was more crazy about the cat sith that i put a lion on yvain divine. I like that you can choose what kitty with cat sith. I also got the hop that i traded for an GA, heras lily, tychee crown i got a philosophers stone but not the divine, the event was short. Last time a chimera was end prize. I like some companions. Also got the tears that i traded for GA

I picked up the prizes I wanted but didn't finish the board.
I did get the final fragments for the horse as a prize but would of done the same with daily objectives

I got the prizes I wanted on each board, however I did have to spend passes on this because only getting 6 opportunities aside from log in kind of sucks.

The prizes could have been better in the surprise cards, I got a lot of those and none of them were appealing enough. Especially because I board at EC's that offer all feeds/treats.

Had to spend passes just to get to the end in time so I could get a couple of items i wanted. Personally the prizes were not really of any use or value to me. I prefer a GA or HP in as a reward. It feels a bit of a let down this time

I didnt have to spend any passes, was a little tempted to try and get the HoP, which was the only item I wanted that I didn’t get. But it wasnt worth the 5p discount max lol since an HoP is 100 and the packs are 95.

Overall it was fine, didn’t mind that it was a bit short.

The promotion is running for a very short time, everything is crumpled and compressed, the prizes are mediocre

I usually like this promo but this time I found it to be unfulfilling. The prizes were okay but the amount of days for the promo was too short or the number of cards too few. The really nice prizes were almost impossible to get without buying extra cards. In order to get to the next level of prizes required you to spend points on divine fragments which was great if you were going after the divine but bad if you wanted the prizes instead of divine fragments. Also why is it that there were not enough fragments offered that you could win the divine? No point in going after the fragments if you can't win : the divine! My overall grade on this promo a C- .

The time on the banner and in the promo topic is the time it ends for you if you have your country set correctly. With the clock change in many places, it now ends 8 hours after the update on the date shown on this server.

I would have liked the gamete have gone on for a few more days. I would not rate this game high this time...

While some of the prizes were neat — I like/have use for the cat sithe companions, butterfly, sheep, HoP, heel and aphrodites tears — and the daily tasks for the cards weren't unreasonably or anything like that, it felt like some of the prizes were . . . a little lackluster? It wouldn't be so bad, but the fragments were for a horse that gives companions that look rough (then being pretty much monochromatic - just reddish orange - despite fire having so many different possible flame colours doesn't help). Plus, I have limited use for the horseshoes as someone who doesn't really have the time or motivation to churn out champions for all the disciplines and we can't even trade these things for anything, which is a dang shame because I could've at least given them to/traded them with someone (or gifted them to someone) who had more use for these things . . . without having to attach them to a horse they probably wouldn't care to have it on.

I think visually it was what it was . . . it looks like the standard hiking event and that's fine. It wasn't super stimulating and fun, but in exchange it wasn't particularly strictly timed or stressful. It was easy enough to progress through.

This promo was ok. I got the Summoning Lantern and the Cat-Sith so I was happy about that. The daily prize cards that could be gotten from doing actions with my horses were, for the most part, worthless. I would have preferred more cards to further my trek along the paths and fewer (or none) that gave me items like Divine fragments (never enough to actually get a Divine!), AP's and food or tack items. The graphics were very nice but as usual the visual look of the game as a whole is ruined by the wretched urine yellow background color.

I had more cards too, but it is what it is. I wish it would have lasted another day or two. I also didn't like that sometimes I couldn't choose the direction I wanted too.

I really thought the banner said the game ended on the 28th. I thought it odd that it didn't end on Monday or on Halloween. I was very disappointed to log in today and see the game was already over. I wanted the horseshoes on board 3. I even bought card yesterday trying to get them, but didn't get any desert cards. Half of the cards I bought were cheap gifts like manure.
Very disappointed in this minigame.

Not a fan of this game and lost interest partway through, but got some nice prizes so overall I'm happy.

very short time period with absolutely atrocious RNG on what cards you could get, I had so many prizes I was one to two cards away for that I couldn't use because it was the last couple hours on the last day so I had to go for cheap mostly useless prizes instead. also I swear we used to be able to get four from each of the two tasks meanwhile we only got three each this time, which is weird because it feels like a shortened event?

I appreciate that it's not time sensitive as long as you log in at least one time during the day, but it is so extremely boring of an event and no amount of pretty art (mostly not visible on mobile browser I will mention) that you put into it will not make it boring to the point of not wanting to even bother honestly imo. :\

I went and gotten all the prizes. Not sure why. I would like more of the final prize to collect all of the companions.

I remember in the past we used to earn 4 cards from competitions and 4 from rides. Its starting to be pass heavy for sure.

The promo was ok. The prizes were also ok and I did get the summoning lantern and another cu-sith so I was happy with that. I wish there had been more time and also more trek cards and fewer prize cards as I have enough tack and food items and ap's also. The fragments are never enough to get a divine and really shouldn't be considered any kind of prize as the divines are repeated so infrequently that it is impossible to actually get one by winning fragments.

Terrible prizes in the gift cards and mediocre prizes in the actual game, I got the main prize the lantern thing but compared to the fact that most events have bigger prizes than just a companion it was disappointing.

Was also just boring in general and I wouldn’t bothered much with it if I wasn’t playing Howrse daily anyways, I hope whatever the next event is will be better, I’m willing to spend passes on events if they’re good but this one even if cards were cheaper it wouldn’t be worth it I don’t really care much for companions and prefer trying to go for divines or good BMI items I can add to my competition horses but unfortunately even with doing daily objectives (except for a few days I had impossible ones) AND earning all the fragments available in this event I’m only just over halfway to the divine and the BMI items weren’t amazing, best ones in my opinion was maybe the tack items

this game was not very good. it was too short to get a lot of the prizes, and there was like no way to get all of the prizes without spending a bunch of passes, and i was not about to do that. the prizes i did get were okay, not anything to write home about.

I usually like the hiking event, but I was a bit dissappointed with this one. I wish it lasted longer or we could have earned more cards. I really like the companion prize though!

I had to spend quite a bit of passes to get the cards needed and finish the game. It seems lately the games don't last as long, maybe ? and i end up having to spend passes to finish some of them, which i don't remember having to do last year if i remember correctly.

Overall, im happy with the gifts. Honestly free BMI are always very welcome and it's fun to get them through playing these events.
