Yes you can get the packs in a HOP ... it is really rare but you can ... in my history ... i have open over 200 HOPS .... and have gotten 1 Philotes pack in all of that .... but i did get it in a HOP and it was in the Freebie ... go figure !!

Sorry to say this but i do doubt that InTheSaddle got that much ...

Especially the Equus. 4000e doesn't drop down to less than 300e that quickly ... And the fact that you got so much in one its it a bit unbelievable ...

If you would have said
