please don't post in caps. It's like screaming at the top of your lungs. Not everyone has gotten one yet. It could take a while, and it's possible that not everyone will get one!

Misty Storm, not everyone has gotten one. I am not sure if everyone will get one! I have not gotten one! But, look on the bright side! At least its not the end of the world. Even though getting one would be really helpful, I can live without it!

I'm sure it takes a while to distribute ^_^ And don't sweat it, I didn't get one either, but you do get at least two by passing riding level exams I think ^_^
