Took 9 HoPs to get Notus. Fragment range: 19-31 based on what I got, but it's more likely to be 19-38 based on the standard fragment ranges. Of course, most of the HoPs gave an average of 21-26 frags.

I might try for yellow sometime, but I'm still broke from Taranis so I haven't put my hopes into him.

Traded 2 MA for 3 Horns and got a Notus on the second, making it 3 HoP for one. (objective Horn first)

7 inventory HOPs for Notus and 6 fleeces for Shiny Yellow (2 from inventory) so only 800 passes spent for both really happy with that! I think I’ve used up all my divine luck for the next few months though

On another note, I tried to exchange a Nyx Pack for 3 fleeces using a Themis Scale but fleeces weren’t an option? I know you can’t trade for stuff that isn’t on sale in the black market but I assumed since fleeces are on sale this weekend you’d be able to trade for them? Or maybe the Scale page just hasn’t updated yet idk, just seemed a bit weird

It takes some time for the Scale page to update, usually, yes

How many passes did you spend to fill the meter and what is the fragment rate?

Sadly spent a bit to get a extra shiny yellow!
But gladly i have fun money from art sales that let me be a lil more forgiving.

Got Notus in 2 HOP's and ended up getting 6 extra HOP's from the fleece.
So if i get extras before the 2nd ima try for another. Doesn't hurt!

I spent 6200 passes to fill the meter. Trying not to think about that…

Had to fill the meter for Yellow and i've opened 35ish?? HoPs and still haven't gotten him

Opened 5xHoP from inventory and got Notus + 1xP stone, 1x A tears, 1x Medusa's blood..
7xGolden Fleece and l got Shiny Yellow + 4xA Heels, 3xHoP
And ofc some AP, tack, equus.. Im satisfied

Shiny Yellow, I have been waiting since November last year when I saw the Rainbows were cycling through again.

I had 255 fragments from last time, bought 1x fleece with passes. Exchanged 7 Nyx Packs with Scales for 21 extra fleeces. Lucked out on my 21st fleece and got 123 remaining fragments to fill the meter. Fragments ranged from 23 - 45 per fleece.

Everyone seems very lucky with Notus today that's great Took me 32 HoPs for one Notus basically had to fill the meter and the fragments were ranging from 18-36 for me

Tried a few hops for Notus. The fragment rate is pitiful! I'll pass on that. Not worth it

first try on horn of plenty, and I got the divine fragments! I'm so happy

Got Notus after 7 HoP. Fragments ranged anywhere from 14-34. Got a HP and Harmony Pack as well as a few lower level BM items. I’m pretty happy with this haul.

Very happy to have received Notus in my 17th HoP. I was starting to become a little bit upset as he continued to eat away at my stash, as I wouldn't have had enough to fill up the bar if it came to it, but thankfully I managed to luck out. It was all Xanthos HoPs and I also got 2 MAs out of it, so it's a nice outcome overall. Love the guy's design

Wow. I usually always open at least one weekend offer just for fun to see fragment rates so I spent passes for the GF. Was excited I got 3 stars and was able to get a Harmony pack and didn't realize until after the fact that I got Shining Yellow as well...
