I opened 6 (inventory) HoPs to try and get chocolate croissant... no luck but I'm pretty much broke after Drakorn so I'll just be hoping for Xanthos HoPs... although he's never been generous with me, in total I've only ever gotten 3 or 4 HoPs off him even though i stroke 5 of him every day.
Won't be spending passes on croissant though... i only want him because he looks pretty

This morning I said "Wow, just won chocolate croissant from my first HOP, never thought that would happen ever."

And this afternoon I tried my first Golden Fleece... and got Choclatine! My luck is off the rails today...

decided to try again today though and what happens?! 3 hops in i hit the jackpot! after winning my polar bear first try last time, well, i have no idea where this luck is coming from but im loving it!!

Decided to be stupid today and went broke trying for Croissant Didn’t get him, but a few good BMI can suffice

I've not been lucky with Chocolate Croissant in the HOP though, so far 3 HOP (one was from a promo) and only 100 fragments. Seems to be 20-40 fragments each time.

Update: So far I'm 18 HOPs in and I have gotten a few good BMI, but only 640 Fragments for Croissant.

Update 2#: Only need 5 fragments but out of HOPs and Passes

Update 3#: Just aged my Wild Horses for the passes I needed and won Croissant! Not happy with the amount of HOP (21 in total) I needed but glad to have him

Opened four fleeces to try and get Amber. Got an average of 27 fragments per fleece so set at around 7500 passes.

First ever fleece and I got Amber!

Warning: Unless you are very lucky, be prepared to spend LOTS of passes if you want Amber! This is the most expensive horse I've ever gotten on Howrse. If you don't get it in the first one or two fleeces, my humble opinion is to save your passes for another divine at another time that has better odds, unless you really want it for your collection like me.

I estimated it would be 5000 passes, but it took 7400 passes (37 fleeces - yes, 37!!), so EmmaKate66 was correct in her post. Silly me, I kept going, but I really wanted it for my collection and I had some passes still left over from Christmas.

Fragments ranged from a low of 18 to a high of 36.

I just won Amber with my second Golden Fleece YAY!

I tried again to get a divine from another BMI, but sadly, no prevail. I have about 100 frags, but not nearly enough for Amber. I opened 2 fleece and got 3 stars on one, 1 on the other, and 15aps. Overall, I’m not really disappointed since I did get a Heras Pack, but still sad I didn’t get Amber..

This really sucks for me. Since I have only ever collected about 2.5k passes before and Opal and Amber were my favorites. Who knows when we'll see them again.
