9-19 for Sleipnir, ouchies

I get it, Sleipnir is one of the very first divines we had, but this divine literally offers no perk now, so why are we being expected to throw down thousands of passes for it?

So, with 700 fragments needed to max the meter and a drop rate of 9-19 per fleece, with a fleece costing 200 passes each -

700 divided by 9 = 78 rounded
700 divided by 19 = 37 rounded

37 x 200 = 7400
78 x 200 = 15600

So, 7400-15600 to fill the meter? And this is with the free 300?

Disgusting, especially when you consider the fact that the horse doesn't even have a perk.

For a horse that doesn't even have a perk, the drop rate is horrible. I tried five times and only gained 89 frags + the 300 from the birthday promo. At least if you're gonna make him stupid expensive, make him useful.

I mean, I'm just disappointed after the whole Saturn hullabaloo, they just WENT and decided to DOUBLE DOWN on that

Right? I only ended up with 52 frags from that promo, and I remember spending a lot of passes...


I could probably buy the Sleipnir I want in sales for cheaper than trying to get him in the promo. In fact, I think that's what I'm going to go do. Give someone else my passes instead of howrse.

In my personal opinion, the minimum fragments for ANY divine should be 25 per 100 passes, so 50 per GF or TC at the minimum. That's still up to 4000 passes to max out the meter, which is high end to finish more or less a promo. Regardless how good the perk is, bottom line is, is that these are PIXELS. Granted, divines like Balios could be closer to 25 per 200 passes to match the perk, but at least a divine like Balios actually pays you back within a decent time frame.

we need a little more for very lame divines though and wilds and chimeras.. there perks need to pay off

Considering theres so many sleiphnirs I'd have expected a better pass ratio that would allow players with more passes to get them all or atleast a few and the broke ones to get maybe 1

I opened 3 Fleeces and got 38 fragments. I'm not opening any more for a Divine that doesn't do anything except for look cool and fulfill trophy requirements.

At least we have the passes promo again!

If he'd been in HOPs I might have tried a couple just for fun. But I don't think I'll be spending passes. It's nice to have any divine, but Sleipnir isn't exactly a priority.

Ah well, get to keep my HOPs and passes for other stuff.... I'm actually fairly close to getting Kawai, so might spend some passes on packs. She has a good perk, though I really wished they'd changed her stockings at least.

I just opened one golden fleece from my inventory and got a measly 9 Sleipnir fragments! I am NOT spending passes to get this divine horse!

I'm glad it's not a titan challenge thankfully I received a philosopher stone on top of the 14 fragments. Only tried for this divine because of the 300 free fragments.i prefer golden fleeces to titan challenge to just win all the divine fragments.

I always like to check the cost of buying those passes with real world money just to see what Owlient value their divines at:

~$160 to $285 (in Australian dollars) apparently.

That's based on needing to collect the whole 1000 fragments by the way (since we're figuring 'value')

And of course there are 6 colour variants to collect so to get the set that would cost an average of ~$1225 aud (assuming, of course, you had no luck 'winning' them and had to fill the meter each time).

Note: I calculated those values using the best value combinations of pass packs available in the store just to be fair.

For that kind of money you could go and buy one of the latest gaming consoles + a bunch of games and actually be entertained!

Neferka, If I were to buy the 15500 pass pack to get this divine, thats 1/3 of my basic monthly salary..And thats just for 1 divine when I already have 300 dust.

11 Golden Fleeces later and I only have 313 fragments, only 163 of those are from the fleeces themselves

I’m so happy that I read this before using my Pegasus savings on the Fleece! The fragment drop rate is ridiculous and even worse than the (I believe) Saturn one.

This time I got a Medusa's Blood.

I got the divine in my very first GF, and my goal was to buy sone passes and collect as many of the sleipnir as I can for trophy's, because I dont have any of them. But after reading this, I dont think Ill be buying passes this week. Ill take my one sleipnir and be thankful.
