Not a HoP but for the first time EVER I scratched one fleece (from the Card promo) and got the divine! Im sooo stunned

I don't think I'll be trying the fleece, I've never won a divine from them before. I'm set for the next HOP promotion though haha

At least last time I got a GA. I don't know why I didn't just trade it for an Apollo's Lyre or at least something with a little more value than what I got. Then I would've been a little happy.

Tried 4 Golden Fleeces so far; 2 2 stars, and 2 3 stars. Sure, the extra HoPs and MAs from the stars are great, but no one wants to trade them for another GF, and I really wanted to get Leo...

Can't even try again because I hit my 30-pass-horse limit, what with the Cards promo earlier this month and all, and Cancer is out of the GF before July 1st. Ahh...

I tried 3 Golden Fleecies but all what I got was 3 Achilles' Heel and this is totally unfair for spending 6 passes!

Howrse is such a scam. I don't even care at this point I hate the game.

I tried 8 golden fleeces = 16 passes and mostly only got 2 stars or 1 star. No sign of a divine. and I only got 3 stars once

I got two HOP from the fleeces not sure if I want to open them now or just wait a bit. I think HOP's give out better items during HOP promotions. Has anyone else noticed that or is it just my imagination?

Over 20 passes used trying to get the divine (I gave them to my sister to try since it's her zodiac sign) and still no divine. What a waste of passes, plus the 2+ million equus used to buy pass horses.

It kind of feels like it takes more for people who regularly try for divines/wilds in HoPs/Fleeces and less if they've not tried/gotten anything.

I never thought it was worth the risk, but I tried for Scorpio a while back (my moonsign and favorite graphics of all the zodiac horses..) and got him in my first HoP! So I tried again for the Shackleford Banks Wild Horse when that came out....And got him my first try too! But when I tried for the Dulmen pony....It took me 2 pass horses (I already had them though...), 2 HoPs on my account already from Xanthos, and a pass (from 30 day thing) before I got him! Seems odd to me..

I would disagree. It's also not 100% pure luck, but more of a random thing with an element of how-valuable-the-divine-is, or at least my own statistics tells me that... During last few months I got terribly uneven hits during luck based promotions. Divines like Mars, Saturn and Venus did cost me an average of 40-50 passes each (Saturn at particular was 62, I did not even bother counting how many were for Mars, I only knew they were MORE), while those like Gemini and Scorpio averaged at about 10-16 passes each. I got Cancer on my 3rd GF - and none of those were bought, they were all in my inventory.

I do have terrible luck in those promotions as a rule; however, it's been my suspicion that I do get extremely lucky when I actually DO NOT want the Divine/wild and I kind of try for it just to see what happen the first 5 items opened. Or maybe it's just the Universe that hates me. I have no idea, but in any case I feel like a ball of nerves already, awaiting for the last two Solar System divines... It creaps me out thinking how much I will have to spend to get my hands on them. Which I am sure will be A LOT.

Exactly. I've been opening HoP's for a long time, and only have gotten the Dulmen Pony. I've spent 15-20 pases trying to get more "valuable" divines, but no such luck. Dulmen took only 3!?

I was wondering. Is it probably better to wait for a promo or just open my hop now? I mean, if I mainly just want a Grand Prix ticket.
