@HorseWhisperer, I belive, according to the Howrse twitter, you can get Employees in the HOPs. I agree though, the symbol is very confusing and clicking on it gives no indication!

In the news box on the home page it tells you they are in the HOPs, the banner tells you and going to the black market also shows a little employee in HOPs notice. It doesn't actually say it on the HOP page though

Not an HOP but I had to share my incredible luck with the Golden Fleece, for the first time ever I won a divine in a luck item on the first try and got Dew!!!
  Usually it's taken me anywhere from 15-40 passes to win divines in a luck item, plus this time I only used 20 diamonds so technically I got a divine with no passes used! I'm so happy right now |
^ me too! One of my howroses sold this morning and I decided to use the passes from it on the golden fleece, got dew on my first try! Then I managed to win one for my friend under co-management on the first try as well! She's going to be so happy when she logs on!
