Hello,
Had a little look inside my ec forum and found a good idea.
why don't we play Howrse spotters!
It's very simple you just need to find an extraordinary Howrse and put the link to his page here.
We could look for the Oldest, the fattest, the skinniest, the biggest number of wins in one type of competition and so on, i'll let you imagine which ones we can search together.

I recently finished up my all breed project, United As One

She has all the riding horse and pony breeds on the game in her family tree(i.e all the breeds except the drafts and donkey). I started with a foundation of every breed and paired them up to start and then went from there. I know there are a few other players that have done an all breed project as well but I can't remember who they were.

Wow, okay. I knew there'd be a mix, but it didn't even cross my mind that someone, and many of them, had gone all the way and mixed all the breeds.

Thanks for sharing, it's kind of cool to see alternatives to this game, rather than the GP race all the time. default smiley :)

You bet! I'm sure I'm just one in a much larger group of players who like to come up with interesting projects and goals that may not have been part of Howrse's original purpose. It keeps the game more fun and refreshing to find alternative means to play, and if I hear of an interesting project mentioned by a player, I'll try it myself and then find my own way to enjoy it as well.

That's why I like haunting the cross breeder's and Retired Coat gallery topics: I get tons of ideas for projects because there are tons of awesome players willing to share their owndefault smiley 8-)
(Though sometimes you might want to cry because you start a project that takes several months to complete and uses up all your aging points)

You should find tons of icy/snowy/dark backgrounds by searching for blue and maybe even white dominant colours. There are so many of them, and only you will know exactly what you're looking for.
