to be honest, i did not read every word posted about 300 coverings per day. but what crossed my mind is..
is howrse limiting the number of coverings a player can put out to reduce the amount of bandwidth being used?

if this is the reason, the howrse should just clearly state the limit is to reduce bandwidth usage on this issue, or any other issue when they put limits on it.

this would help reduce confusion, the amount of disagreement (uses bandwith), and we all know there will always be someone who will squawk. valid complaints ...kewl not fair to me complaints ..well, cry and you cry alone.

That for sure, and to keep people from scripting while AP farming. (It would stop them as the stallions would offer more then 300 coverings normally) Scripting totally confuses the servers and causes lag.

Every time I read of new restriction to limit cheating it opens my eyes to different ways to play the game. I would of never thought of such things. Maybe because I'm small potatoes and haven't played for nearly as long.

Scripting cannot "confuse" a server. Scripts issue direct commands and either there's a response or there isn't. On the other hand, a script can become confused and fail if a "different" response is received. A common script might call for an US and then if it sees the word Filly instead of Colt and it knows the current is Colt it will store a variable and when it sees "call the vet, it will issue a command to age. There's no burden on the server as it's just a command which is what happens when you click any button.

All that aside, not sure why anyone would want to leave more than 300 covers in any day, there just isn't the game play to support that.

What's up with no longer being able to view supply/demand prices? Now you have to agree to be tracked to access features of the game?? I went to see the price changes for leather and this is what I see. Unless I agree to accept cookies again I won't be able to view it.

It is no longer possible to use more than one Titan's Challenge at a time. Whenever you use a Titan's Challenge, you need to complete it before you can have another go.

Generalised question, why is CSS not supported for presentation? I appreciate I can get somewhat close using inline but not being able to use things like flex kinda sucks...

I get that Howrse is based in France but it sure would be nice if when we're asked to participate in a survey then directed to the goodies store that it be in English so we can understand what we're reading. Especially when this is the international server where English is the required language
