I'd like to work on the Sleipnir potentially, but with the way the prices have been so high in the not too distant past, it really douses my fire for it. Which is a shame, because these are the main divines that i am missing. I only have two of the seven. So i'm not holding my breath or planning on going for it, even just adding to the fragments so that someday way in the future, i might actually earn one. The crazy prices for a divine that does absolutely nothing really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And the fact that there is a group of seven of them...insert gag and eye roll here.default smiley (d)default smiley (b)

I think they are priced so high because they were one of the very first divines, so that equals high price as far as they are concerned. They are the entire reason I stopped trying to get all the divines, as I just can't find a reason to spend thousands and thousands on a set of divines that don't benefit my game in any way.

This is what i assumed, but other divines that are also old, i don't remember being so expensive. Like Archimedes, Harlequin... I know Xanthos and Croesus (if bought rather than won) and Balios are expensive, but they do actually benefit your game with passes, HoPs, and Nyx packs. Sleipnir does not...at all. Being old does not justify such a high price, in my opinion, and i do not think i am alone in that conclusion. I hope Howrse will consider this and make some sort of change, but i know not to get my hopes up much. Sigh. default smiley :$

Absolutely agree here. I am not even going to bother trying this time. Apart from the new exclusive divines only released in packs, the only divines I am missing are exactly and only those. But I will keep missing them until the price drops. Or if they ever come around the Ascent. Last time I tried for those I managed to blow away 3000 passes with no success. Never again. Thanks, Howrse. The TC page is straight forward looking. One hour after release was not a single user listed. Right now there is ONLY one. It's almost 2 hours later. With this rate there may be about 10 new divines born for a 24 hour period. If players are even trying for it. At all. It comes a time when your carrot is not working anymore. You have to realise that at some point, do you understand it?

How many sleipnir fragments are we getting this time?

I'm in agreement with the above comments, I'll never have a full set as cannot justify spending silly money on something that does nothing but gather dust.

Oh boy, Sleipnir is set at 14 fragments a challenge. Which means you'd have to buy 72 challenges to max the meter, which is 14 400 passes

Same, I've just been trying to grab 'cheap' ones from the sales since they are far too expensive and I never have very good luck with the luck items. The only set of Divines that will not be bred by me, aside from the palomino one, in my farm.

Sleipner wont be bred by me unless i get all the greyfells. Its interesting but prefer 8 wings to 8 legs. So no cute value. Wish i could get another wind divine or one of the cute donkey caradoc

I'm probably the only one who thinks this, but I actually find mushrooms really gross to look at, and not to be dramatic but Googling this one really triggered my fight or flight response.default smiley xd (Very hypocritical coming from me as I love all the horror, scary, spooky coats on this game lol.)

looking at real mushrooms gives me a chill. Compared to this the howrse versions are okay for me. But the one in the spoiler... looks like a spider web. If this is combined with a mushroom-look ... default smiley :-x

I feel that way about the chimera series. The weird blends of unrelated animals just always looks wrong and uncanny to me.

Hahaha, I went through the same thought process.default smiley xd Also thought it was a web at first, and looking it up didn't make it better.default smiley (lol) But yeah, I also don't mind the Howrse versions (so far...). I actually think Oyster looks cool, and the purple on him is pretty.

No. Ascent will shift 2 days before the next event starts.
