If you start an AP farm/work it every day, you'll be able to breed/train horses, either by yourself, or on a team, for profit.

Unicorns of any breed are very profitable.

As you can, buy large meadows in your EC, buy (or build -- it's cheaper) large workshops for your EC, and work on increasing your EC's prestige, so you can utilize all five of your workshops at the same time.

Raise cows on your meadows then use the leather to make bridles, saddles, or lunges, then sell them.

Stroke five Xanthos divines every day.

You can easily/quickly sell or trade any HOPs you get.

I could've sworn it's happened around Black Friday in the past but maybe it was actually around Christmas/at the same time as the packs are available! Has there been any information about it on preprod/twitter?

We have no way of knowing this, we can only make guesses based on when we had the offer previously.

And it's been AGES since it last showed up, so patterns really don't apply.

I'm still really confused about when we are supposed to start opening the windows on the advent calendar in order to get help with the next promo instead of with the one that just ended.
I haven't opened any yet bc I don't want to mess it up.

As soon as the next event starts, once you're DONE with the TUTORIAL (not before, finish up your tutorial first!) you may then open your windows and hope you're lucky to get a leg up or two

Does it have a tutorial? I haven't had it come up on either server... I haven't opened anything on au, and I opened Saturday's window on this server; I still get the 'How do I play' pages whenever I go to the calendar page, but no tutorial happens

The event that starts on Thursday does indeed have a pretty railroady tutorial you will need to complete.

Might be a dumb question but can you breed unicorn and get a foal unicorn? If so do both parents need to be unicorns?

Yes, that is exactly how unicorns are bred on game - both unicorn parents of the same breed, with a 20% chance each time that it will be a unicorn.

Hey, so I've been reading along here and it has been said that there is a chance for a divine on Saturdays. However, in the app it says "On Sunday you'll have a chance of finding a divine horse in that day's window". So which is it? Has anyone gotten a divine on either of the days?

It's Saturday, they just got confused because every year since 2016 it's been Sunday.

..........you think they FINALLY fixed the horrible physics? This one's the only one out of all the luck ones that I might have this tiny tingle of "like" for because it's the only one that made me laugh. Although I'm pretty sure that was more learned helplessness from having no control whatsoever thanks to bad physics. I'm kind of impatient to see if it's actually been improved considering that it's been a few years.

Wow, that just brought back a ton of memories from when I actually liked this type of event (before howrse did GC after GC after GC which made me hate all those events with a passion and made me never want to see another gc in my life Thank you Howrse, now I dread any of those returning..) and from when I actually played the mobile version of the game. I haven't played mobile in years.. its been so long since the last edition, I thought they just overall scrapped the event my mind is blown, this is nostalgic

I mean yeah, of course it's a filler... Like the Dragon Divines "fighting." There is never a fight, the dragon you fight against is bogus...

The game already knows how many points you're going to get, the animation is just for your benefit because this is a game for families and while you don't enjoy the animation somebody else might.
