Because he's a fictional character? He was created as an original creation by Robert L. May in 1939. He IS under copyright.

Aren't the others fictional? Or are they just in the song default smiley xd I havent read the books or watched the movies in a long time, sorry default smiley (8)

The 8 reindeers are a part of popular culture, Rudolph was a recent creation.

It's like saying "Arthur, Merlin and HARRY POTTER!".
One of them will get you a nice copyright strike, and it's not Merlin default smiley :p

Rudolph's name is copyrighted as well, I believe, not just the image.

The other reindeer are fictional too, but they pre-date copyright law (I think "Twas the Night" is pre-1900s, although I don't know if that's their first appearance), so they'd fall in the public domain.

Re new breeds

The image for the first pack quite clearly shows a Percheron unicorn. OK, it's not a completely new breed, but still something new.

Bit disappointed in Santa. His collar looks like it's so tight it's strangling him! But I do like that him and the elf have stronger colours used. I think Howrse divines have a tendency to be a bit mud coloured. Now we just need some blazes, white socks, spots, patches etc....

I'd say the Chimera is actually an arctic mink rather than a fox, since there is already a fox chimera and it doesn't look all that foxlike. Either way I'm keen

Admin is aware that some players are experiencing issues with access.They're working on itdefault smiley :)

Says you can buy fragments in the store..I might have to spend all my coins on that and hopefully only have to spend a few hundred on Lancelot after

That's not happening I'm afraid. The price doubles every time you buy, so by getting 360 fragments you're already spending over 900 tokens default smiley :s

Yea...just found that out..Guess I'll have to give up hope for Lancelot because I dont want to spend my passes in case Gawain comes out. Honestly this event right after the Monster Workshop is stupid. Same concept and everything..Why do the Grail horses have to be in such lousy events!
