This monster event is so much better than the eggs in that you are actually forced to put effort into it,and there is eyes and mouths,not circles and squares..

So far, it seems like Yokai drops every 40 days like a very good clockwork.

Regarding the upcoming event:

Do we know how many different monsters will get picked, like a specific number? Or is it just one, or do we just know it'll be multiple. The idea of players getting to choose our favourite ones... if nobody makes a mini Sully + Mike I certainly won't be happy default smiley (lol)

It took me 22 GFs to get Yōkai with the community objective bonus. I got fragment amounts ranging from 9 to 19. This equates to 4400 passes spent.

Yōkai's drops:
Equus: 50, 100, 150, or 200
Oats: 50, 100, or 150
Apple seeds: 10, 15, 25, 40, 45, or 50
Aging points: 5 or 10
Flax: 5 or 15
Assorted 2** tack
Monster egg: 1

My first Monster Egg drop was on the 11th aging, the second was on the 44th, so 33 days between drops for me.

You'll probably have to press twice or highlight a different part of the message if it doesn't work, but more often than not it does default smiley ^)

I got Yokai on the 2nd Golden Fleece default smiley :-x And finished the event using a total of 3,000 passes (Probably actually 2,700 but I let my little sister decorate one so default smiley (lol)

If the message contained an emoji, I find I often get that error, so I don't copy the emoji. Or, instead of immediately hitting the quote option after you've highlighted the text, try right clicking and pressing "copy," then quote. I'm guessing it may have been the emoji in this case, if you were trying to quote the post I'm thinking of. I don't usually have issues if I just highlight and hit the quote button

If by "finished" you mean "get to the Monster egg", sure you can.
By doing Egg 1 you'll get to the Monster egg in no time. You need 6 decorations for that and you get 9 every day, so no problem.
It depends on what prizes you want or not. According to what you're willing to sacrifice the gameplan changes default smiley :)

You need to create it during the event. It's an event monster, not a freehand drawing.
Does that make sense? Or did I misinterpret the question entirely?
