Does anybody remember if the new promos go live the thursday after the last one ended or the thursday after? Thinking about buying (cough hoarding cough) some passes this weekend for the new on and I can't remember what day promos typically go live.

As far as I know they usually start the Thursday of the same week as the last one ended - so tomorrow. That's how it was with the Forgotten Country promo, anyway.

Almost without exception promos start on Thursdays of the same week the previous one ended, and end on Mondays following the 3rd weekend after their beginning.

LOVE the Companions Chest. I had the luck for a Polar Bear. I hope to get more soon. Really hope that this chest happens again. Perhaps in a few months?

Whilst I miss the old way of getting companions this chest I couldn't resist and got a zebra (precious) for my divine bucephalus so was really pleased default smiley ^)

Okay I'm confused. I had all the companions and now I'm missing three. I know how to get the Weta and the Llama but where in the heck is the Ostrich? It doesn't show of the chest page.

Oh man, if I find out that's just a rumor, I'll be heartbroken default smiley (lol) I don't care if my Diamond Apple horses are made worthless from a re-release, Diamond Apples were the best feature and would totally get me interested in the game again.

I have heard that the DA comment was made on someones page and that is was a fake. The person who originally said on their page that DAs were being brought back were almost certainly being sarcastic about DAs coming back because of the other things that Howrse have brought back recently (companions etc.).

When Gemini has been in the reserved sales in the past, do both versions get sold at 900 passes each or is it half for each to a total of 900 passes to get both versions of Gemini?

Each version is sold for the full sum, because one version is enough to get Serpentarius and the trophy. You only need both Gemini versions if you want to receive the FW reward each month. Or if you want to have them both simply because.

Some please explain - im terrified as everything howrse has touched recently shatters into a million horrifying pieces.

Howrse said themselves that the change to the price of fodder and wheat bran had originally been intended to be part of a major EC overhaul. As far as I know that's all that's been said.

Personally, I'd hope they'd make it so that you can change between Western and Classical. No idea what the changes will actually be though.

I'm not good with mythology - does anyone have any thoughts what either of those 2 images will turn out to be?

The first one is probably another Māori divine. I can't see it very well, but it looks a lot like a Pōhutukawa tree. The red flowers on top of its head and mane look a lot like a lopsided tree. My guess for the name is Papatūānuku, or just Papa. The great mother in Māori cosmogonies. If it does turn out to be Papa, we can probably expect a Rangi to go with her. No idea what she would do though.

The second one is definitely a Nordic divine. Probably Ymir, just from it's appearance. Also no idea what he would give.

From just their appearances this is the most I can guess default smiley (lol)

That's awesome - thanks for all the helpful info! I was thinking the top one would be in the same family as Yggdrasil, but just a wild guess! I guess we'll have to wait and see!

I honestly don't know if DA's would come back as they were previously? Weren't they taken away because the coding messed up or they were breaking stuff? I like DA's but I'd say they'd need to adjust the DA a lot for it to work properly on servers again.
