The preprod still has 2 to 3 days left, but honestly the cost is fairly apparent at this point.

To get up to the very end, without unlocking Reggae (The Wandering Horse who requires you to age your wandering horse 200 times) it would cost maybe 2-3 passes at most.

However There's no getting around this contest costing at LEAST 30 passes to get the divine. more likely 40+

The best stretegy IMO, is to spend a pass for the first few days, to unlock whatever horse would be unlocked next. The more WH you have sooner, the easier itll be to find Treble Cleffs and to complete other objectives. I personally am having the most difficulty with Raggae (aging horses) and Opera (have your WH reach another year old)

Depending on luck, you could find enough Treble Cleffs in order to greatly reduce the cost of Raggae, however I don't think itll change the cost more than a few passes worth.

The actual even is really engaging, artful, and fun in my opinion. If you want to go for the gold, however, it's going to be pricey.

That is so annoying! I appreciate Howrse needs to earn money, but there are other ways to do it. Making promos 'pay to win' undermines the enjoyment of using strategy etc to complete, even if you have the passes. And they seem to be getting more expensive even in the time I've been here. I like the idea I've seen on another game, where the top prizes are winnable by skill/patience: one time I didn't have time to get the top prize, I was offered it for their pass equivalent at the end of the promo. They also let you pay for a chance to double some of your prizes. Another idea would be to have auctions for the divine prizes for passes so that those who are pass rich could get them that way. Seems to me people who have the passes would probably be willing to pay anyway, and those who don't aren't going to magically get them. So what's the point in putting prices up?

I was really looking forward to this, and was planning to save up some passes. It looks a great game and I like the divine, and could use the harmony packs. But I'm not sure right now I can raise as many as the 20 guaranteed pass horses for this month and next, and if that's not enough...I'm certainly not going to spend real money. I have in the past (small amounts...) but I refuse to become nothing more than a cash cow.

I could be wrong, it's been about a month since I've tested it. But I believe the TC becomes available for everyone after the great event. In the upcoming days, some of the prizes will be Free Titains Challenge after you buy 4, then 3, then 2 etc. Once the great challenge is done and the derby starts, I believe then is when the TC will become available for everyone.

Not all that interested in the divine. The gift is nice, but it will take a while to get, and like you said it will be pricy to secure that divine. But let's see how far we can get.

Great new addition that they all stay for the duration of the promo, and won't not leave after a few days.

I'm in love with the art on those wanderers. Especially Punk Rock. Simply makes me giggle and smile when I see him.

the possible change of the Loyal Players Pass to being accessible in 3 days, and removing pass horses?
