as our objectives haven't been working since the 2nd or 3rd day. They are the type of objectives that show up fairly often so I wouldn't be surprised if one or both appear

Seal of the Apocalypse. It's usually more of a Halloween specialty item like this time, but we see it once in awhile in events outside of that.

Is the one pass every three days change that was being tested still being implemented at some point. I haven't been active lately so I have a lot of catching up to do.

I believe it is still only on the three they originally tested, I can't remember those three rate now though
