I saw some people talking about that Advent Calender event. Is it the next promo after the Celtic Cards? Also, what is The Advent Calendar? I feel like I've done it before, but I'm not sure.

usually runs from the start of December and ends on the 24th I think. It's a calendar that has one prize each day. You click that day's date on the calendar and get your prize. Last year most of the prizes were event items needed for the actual Christmas promo, though there were some items on certain days as well.

The Advent Calendar will start us off as I posted above. The gist of the Christmas Tree Decorating or Retrieval or whatever that is called is sort of a combo between the Potions promo we recently had and the Trick or Treat promo. You collect decorations to decorate a tree that will give you a prize once it's decorated. You "send" for trees so you're basically choosing which prizes you want to get. We won't know about pass estimates until we get more promo info or even when it starts because we don't know when the next promo starts/ends

you can search "howrse tree promo" on youtube and you'll find Total Cretin's channel who has let's plays of that promo last year. It'll give you a great idea of how it worked. However, we'll have to see whether they make any changes to it this year, as we don't know if it will be exact or not.

the new Balios design

is pretty underwhelming. Parts of the mane/tail look pixelated and grainy, definitely not up to the standard of the other new divines.

I've noticed Howrse has done this with some divine images before. The Wind ones, and Qilin all come to mind. Look at Notus' hooves, belly and neck for example:

It's like they re-saved them as GIFs or something, it's horrible.

Come on Howrse, I know you need to preserve server space but you can surely leave a few divine images as nice smooth PNGs. default smiley xd
/ minor grumble, sorry, as an artist this stuff irritates me

The second divine is Epona whose perk is:
Once completed prediction, you win either:

From reading this I'm not sure which divine(s) are available in the Advent calendar and which in the Tree contest

We'll have to wait for more info, but it gives us an idea of what to expect for Christmas!

Ok..the new ones are great but I would like to see some of the older originals being offered up again with the restriction of if you two you may not earn another but would get a different one instead. I am missing all of the Ba_-_-_- except two not to mention some of the other originals

Is it possible that the new Balios isn't actually a new Balios but rather that they're making his mane and tail rainbow to insinuate that any Balios can be won? Just a thought..

I forgot which server was it, but in spoiler zone in december 2015 i found pictures of packs,,
At those packs there was rainbow Balios and even Epona,, That keeps me wondering, if they had celtic divines ready last year for this year, or they were too lazy, so they just took some random horses from last year,,
