You CAN open any or all wanderers early by paying from 1 to 4 passes ( depends on the individual wanderer).

Have to say I have a massive dislike for the fact we don't have access to them all straight away unless we pay. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering that in past versions we had access to all of them at the start.

is that players can't really blast through them all on the first day unless they do want to pay extra. You can still collect points for them even if they haven't been unlocked, so it doesn't really matter too much to me.

Not according to disco's master post. This is a direct quote: "Before you unlock them, you can’t start collecting points for them."

So which is correct?

It says that you CAN indeed start gathering points from it. You can translate the French yourself if you don't believe me. The part about collecting points is in the second bullet point near the bottom. I don't remember the exact wording from the International PreProd - which has since closed - so unless they've changed it last minute, I'm going to assume that we can.

Even if you can't, it's not such a big deal to me. We'll know what the tasks are, in any case, so we'll have time to prepare the horses we need to complete them and therefore be able to complete them more quickly when they are unlocked. Patience is a virtue, after all. ^-^

If the objective to enter from 715 comps or more is unlocked at the same time we will have a flood of people all entering over a 1-5 day period that will disrupt the entire system for the time it takes for everyone to complete that objective. This will put the International in a bad place, but the worst hit will be the regional servers.

This plus those that will be entering the butterflies won ( during the 5 day period they have them) in divine comps flooding them and throwing out the ones we have a history of using regularly into open comps which will already be under a strain--well I only know I think I will go into hibernation.

I can guarantee that when the survey for this promo comes out, one of the biggest complaints will relate to the number of comps needed to be entered and the resulting chaos.

If I remember correctly the number of comps to enter needed to get 100 points is based on how many horses you have...the more horses you have,the more comps you need to enter.

If they capped it at XX comps needed no mtter how many horses you have it would be slightly easier.

something is planned that will help with competition shortage. I guess they will set all competitions to run every x hours instead of once a day, that's what they did the last time.

If they do that I think it will still be up to the EC administrator to set them.If that is the case we have so many ECs that lay fallow because so many don't know what to do with them.

The one variable we have that is completely different from the old wandering horse promo to the one coming is the old wanderers skill set were at the lowest setting and on preprod the skill set was very close to what the Legendary horses now have.

The other big difference from the last W H. promo is you could remove the tack before they left your account. This time you lose what you put on so not sure if that will inhibit them being used in divine comps or not.

I do see a lot of posts were the player will say " I didn't know I would lose that star3 tack ( and heaven forbid if they use a Poseidon Pack).

Luckily I'm pretty sure it's not possible to use P.Pack on the Wanderers. It was not possible in testing, at least.

If you are willing to use a lot of passes you could do it in 1-2 hours. I used 150 passes though.

So do Wandering Horses even have good skills? I understand using them for the competition Wanderer, but are they worth entering comps otherwise? I usually just let them sit there, or at least I did from what I can remember. This promo hasn't been around for a while.

On test I only did one horse and it had 10k+ skills
