what is the maze event? It hasn't been on since I've been back

Well, it is where you click on spaces in the maze to try to find BMI's and other essential needs. You also must try to get your way out of the maze

I know the maze promo hasn't started yet, but I was wondering what the next promo is?

Can you play the Maze promo on a mobile device?

I have seen different answers to this, so I'm a bit confused. Which promo (Potions/maze) comes first/after lottery?

Considering we know very little on the potions it is easy to assume the maze is next.

Yes, the calculations are accurate for finishing the entire promo. As the first three mazes don't require passes, you really only need to buy TCs/treats for the fourth maze. You should be able to get about half-way through the fourth maze before needing to spend passes.

But like Starry said before, the TCs are a luck item so the number of passes needed may decrease/increase, depending on how many levels you manage to reach with each TC. My calculations are based on getting 3 treats for the first and second level only, meaning that there were 6 treats per TC. You may get the maximum/minimum number of treats instead, which would automatically alter the number of passes needed.

Unfortunately no; I didn’t take the last day as only having 4 hours. It’s actually a little difficult to calculate everything by the hour, since the first day would start a little late as well (between 9am-1pm GMT, which is at least an hour after the daily update takes place). I’m also not sure if the promo will last for 19 days, so everything is estimated.

Here is a rough estimate of how long the promo may run for (please note that these are estimates and that I don’t know when exactly the promo will start/end!!);

- Promo starts on 28th July between 9am-1pm GMT (Thursday)
- No special offers for the first weekend
- First round of special offers from 5th-8th August (Friday-Monday)
- Second round of special offers from 12th-15th August (Friday-Monday)
- Promo ends on the 15th August at 1pm GMT (Monday)

Thankfully I found a way to calculate the first and final days by the hour however, so here is a more accurate version of the calculations (assuming the promo starts at 9am and ends at 1pm)~

*1st Day*
- Starts at 9am GMT (23 hours for the day)
- 23 hours = 11.5 free steps for the day

*Last Day*
- Finishes at 1pm GMT (4 hours for the day)
- 4 hours = 2 free steps for the day

Updated Calculations
- 11.5 + 2 = 13.5 free steps
- 143 steps remaining for fourth maze after using 10 free steps at the start
- 143 – 13.5 free steps = 129.5 steps remaining (rounded to 130)
- 130 / 8 sweets per TC = 16.25 TCs (32-34 passes needed)

So if this is correct, then perhaps it is a little more expensive… Again though, the TC is a luck item. I’m personally going to be trying to reach the third level for my TCs, which could potentially take the number of passes needed down to around 22 passes if I manage to reach level 3 with an average of 12 treats per TC.

I don't know why I had the Monday as the 19th

I need to make a decision about whether to take the shortest path or slightly longer and pick up some of the gifts that are useful. E.g. At first glance to pick up one of the gifts I want would take 1 extra step to the optimum one you worked out.

I don't think I've lost on a TC going from level 1 to level 2. So on average, going from 1 to 2 is probably a good idea.

Other information
- Maximum no. of points bar can hold = 100
- No. points recovered per hour = 3-5 (calculations are based on 5 to utilise the maximum possible number of strides)
- No. points needed per stride = 10 (better than the 20 points we needed last time!)
- Treats can be found on *all* levels of the TC, not just on the 3rd level.
- Mazes must be completed *in order*.
- When entering a new maze, points in the bar returns to 100.
- No teleports/shortcuts.

The promo is all about moving one step (or pace) at a time towards the exit. One pace is made up of 10 points on a regeneration bar, which can increase by 3/4/5 points per hour, depending on how many skills your horse has. So if you have a top-skilled horse that regenerates 5 points per hour, it will take two hours for you to have enough points to move one step through the maze. Also, it's worth noting that you can't take care of the horse that you have chosen unless you switch it out/finish the maze.

Sweets can be picked up along the maze. Each sweet icon you come across gives you three sweets, which equal three free steps. You can also buy sweets for passes if need be, as well as spyglasses which can uncover more of the maze before you get to that area (since the maze is covered completely from the start, and you would need to uncover the squares as you go along). Sweets can also be found in levels of the Titan's Challenge once the offer becomes available.

You can't get kicked out for making 'wrong' moves, but it will take you longer to finish as you would have wasted steps. Besides paying passes for sweets/spyglasses/Titan's Challenges, you don't have to spend passes.

Sweets can be found on *all* levels of the TC, and can still be won even if you lose (between 3-5 sweets per level)



Number of skills needed for pace regeneration
Please note that I do not know the exact number of skills needed for each level of regeneration. To be safe, I would try to use a horse that has skills *above* the minimum of what I have found.

0 - 1485 skills = +3 per hour
1554 - 4632 skills = +4 per hour
4688+ skills = +5 per hour

Average number of sweets per TC level = 4 sweets

Maze 1 - Draft (Drum Horse)
If completing straight away...
-> 100 free paces = 10 free steps
-> 25 steps remaining / 4 sweets (if stopping at 1st level of TC) = 6.25 TCs (12-14 passes)
OR
-> 25 steps remaining / 8 sweets (if stopping at 2nd level of TC) = 3.125 TCs (6-8 passes)

If waiting for free steps...
-> Can be completed in 50 hours (2 days 2 hours)
-> No passes needed!

Maze 2 - Ow's Helios Ray
If completing straight away...
-> 100 free paces = 10 free steps
-> 69 steps remaining / 4 sweets (if stopping at 1st level of TC) = 17.25 TCs (34-36 passes)
OR
-> 69 steps remaining / 8 sweets (if stopping at 2nd level of TC) = 8.625 TCs (12-14 passes)

If waiting for free steps...
-> Can be completed in 138 hours (5 days 18 hours)
-> Would take 7 days 20 hours with maze 1
-> No passes needed!

Maze 3 - Titan's Challenge
If completing straight away...
-> 100 free paces = 10 free steps
-> 109 steps remaining / 4 sweets (if stopping at 1st level of TC) = 27.25 TCs (54-56 passes)
OR
-> 109 steps remaining / 8 sweets (if stopping at 2nd level of TC) = 13.625 TCs (26-28 passes)

-> Can be completed in 218 hours (9 days 4 hours)
-> Would take 16 days 0 hours with mazes 1 and 2
