Seriously? Well that seems unfair. Unless they're going to add the other backgrounds to the other servers sometime soon too. The Dutch server only has 1 single background from the plants promo.

Did you guys read the change log?. The new pass thing is explained there:
"We'll help you start on your way toward getting the loyal player's pass by giving you a certain number of points towards your meter for free depending on the last time you bought a pass using your reserve."
So you were given points based on the last time you bought your pass with your reserve.(i last got mine on the 1st, and the game gave me 40 points)

And from the pass page:
The meter progresses once a day, at the time of the daily update, depending on what you did in-game throughout the day.
(so you won't see a change until after the update).

Wow, that's a lot.



Ah, that explains it. I got the pass from my reserve 5 days ago. So they're compensating people for those days.

That's an irritatingly annoying way of doing it....How are we supposed to tell if we got our 10 points for the day or not? If we don't find out until the next day, it's too late.

That's either a) the only/easiest way to code it without it getting wonky, or b)so we certainly can't figure out how to gather points. They said the actions are to remain hidden, and if we could watch it progress throughout the day, then they won't remain hidden for long.

I think it will be actions that most players do. Care for horses, enter comps, maybe enter the Grand Prix, do an exchange, rotating meadows, planting crops. It might not be the same 10 actions each day, there might be a list that you get a point for each item you tick off up to 10.

Play your normal game today, and see how many points you get tomorrow.

I go with the idea that it's to keep them hidden and stop people 'working' the system and doing the minimum to get by.

I quite like the idea. I've forgotten to get the reserve pass after just 30 days a number of times. So even if it takes me 5-6 weeks to get enough points, it will work out about the same. I just have to remember to check the points meter, though I think that will soon become one of those things that is a habit.

I actually like the change with the passes.

I would never buy with reserve because of the cost, but this makes it easier for me to gain a pass. I also started with 300 out of 300, so I did the mini game

I'm just wondering if taking care of my ten Pass horses a day will do? Can anyone who tested tell? I'm super busy these days that I might have to buy some horses for the job, if it won't do. I know that they are supposed to be hidden, but I just want to be sure. I hope it is okay to ask.

Also I am not trying to work out the minimum. Just want to know if my minimum chores a day will do.

Event the testers weren't sure. I think the best way to get an estimate is to test it on a server you're not active on much and just do some base actions there to see what happens.

I do agree with that. I just checked on my German account, and the German server has TONS of backgrounds, not just one.

For the mini games, do you get to choose which one or are you just given one to complete, and if you don't manage it will it change the next day?

I just did mine and it was the groom a horse mini game but I was having a hard time getting my mouse to work so I went on my phone to see if it would be easier but it gave me a different mini game. So when I went back to my computer I refreshed the page and it changed the game. You get multiple chances to complete the mini game but if you can't pass it I would recommend refreshing the page.
