We don't know an exact date yet, but since Cancer is released in the G___ C___ (I've posted about it on page 1786) there is a slim chance you could get her without passes in the Lottery. You'd need to spend passes to get her from the HOPs though.

in the Great Challenge/Lottery promotion that is after the plants. There is info about it on the previous pages, so go find it if you want to know more.

There is a VERY slim chance that you could be lucky and win Cancer from the lottery, but I wouldn't expect anything to come from it. She will also be offered in HOPs for the duration of the lottery, so you could possibly bet her that way.

Cancer will be released in the Great Challenge which is tart after the Plants are over. And like the other zodiacs, you have a chance to get her for free if you are a Cancer on the 22nd of July.

Someone posted them in the Events forum topic for the promo. The objectives on the US server are one day ahead and the "give a mash to pony" reads as "give a mash to a horse" on there and it doesn't work for a horse. They must have had a translation error, so just as a note for tomorrow, if it says to give a mash toa horse and it doesn't work, then you need to give it to a pony.

For those who aren't reading previous posts about what the next promo is I'm bumping it up (not trying to be rude guys, but "what's the next promo" and "when is the next divine in a HOP" have been asked multiple times on nearly every page. I get that information can sometimes get buried in here, but for the most part someone bumps it up every few pages, so if you at least check within the last 10 pages you'll find the answer to your question.) The next promo is the GC.

This promo involves completing objectives to gain puzzle pieces to reward you with prizes. The objectives are like things we've had in the past two promos.
There is a picture of the GC prizes somewhere that I lost track of, but it looked like the same prizes we had in the last GC if I remember correctly?
