This guide only goes up to #7 confirmed. There was a glitch with Clue no. 8 when I tried again to get all the clues (but I posted what it was if memory serves) - as such, I could not get Clue no. 9 - and thanks to another player *I forgot who default smiley * - I also have Clue no 10. on this list now:


Clue no. 1: The first candle is located on this page! *the promo page*
The candle is sitting on the table near the stack of plates

Clue no. 2 : do you know where to go when you're looking for a player?
Community > Directories > The candle will be sitting next to the 'See Today's Birthdays' button

Clue no. 3 : why don't we see which players are celebrating their birthday today?
Community > Directories > Click 'See Today's Birthdays' > the candle will be sitting near the background image (two people on horse back)

Clue no. 4 : how about you, have you already filled in your birthday in-game?
My Account > The candle will be sitting right next to where it says 'My personal info'

Clue no. 5 : let's go visit the players whose birthday it is!
Community > Directories > See Today's Birthdays > Then visit the profile page of a player whose birthday it is > the Candle will be next to their username

Clue no. 6 : a Birthday trophy could one day be yours. What level have you got to?
Achivemenets > My Trophies > Then scroll to the bottom where it shows the 'Birthday Trophy' > the candle will be there

Clue no. 7 : have you noticed in sales that you can sort horses by the month and year they were born?
Trade > Sales > more criteria > the candle will be in the middle of the box

Clue no. 8: some horses were also born on September 8, and are celebrating their birthday today...
*I believe one needs to visit a horse born on September 8th (I don't know if the year matters)

Clue no. 9: *Unknown*

Clue no. 10: Feel free to invite someone to play Howrse!
*If memory serves: Community > Invite Players > the candle is somewhere on that page.

Is candle 5 on a specific players page. I have tried 10 players with birthdays and no luck

I've clicked on almost everyone with a birthday for #5 and I don't see a candle...

change your own bday to 8th september, thats what worked for me

you have to change your birthday by clicking on your avatar and scrolling to the top of the page. you can change your birthday to September 8th and it should be on your page
