I don't get it, how would the VA let you get a palomino arab? XD So confuzzled. (Like puzzled and confused combined, that's how confused I am)

VA is Vintage Apple - it allows you to give a V3 coat to a horse on your account (except for Draft Horses). The V3 coats are the ones that Diamond Apple horses use - however, you can NOT use it to add markings to a coat - you are limited to just the Base Colors for a breed (though it seems a few breeds did get additional options - but this might be changed once things go live as right now - there's a ton of issues with it on Preprod).

The next promotion is going to be the Treasure Hunt. This promotion will give us Amira's Tack (the second Legendary Horse). It is basically a hidden objects game (find the items, get points. The more points you get, the more prizes you get). This will also give us the Selle Français breed of Riding Horse.

After this - we will see a return of the Cards. This will add Tormenta (the third Legendary Horse) to the game.

Before/during the cards - there will also be an event to celebrate Howrse's birthday as a whole. On September 8th - a scavenger hunt of sorts will start. If you find all 10 Candles - you'll win a Vintage Apple. This item lets you give a horse one of the old V3 coats (The coat shape Diamond Apple horses have but you can NOT add markings to it or anything, it is only the base colors you choose from) at the cost of the horse no longer being able to be sold.

There has also been talk of Pinatas coming back sometime after these events

Customize your horse with one of the original coats from the game!

A horse with one of these coats can no longer be sold.

This item will give the horse the following bonuses:

Stamina: +5
Speed: +5
Dressage: +5

Gallop: +5
Trot: +5
Jumping: +5

The Vintage Apple can only be used on adult horses, and special coats are not transferred to foals.

Vintage Apples cannot be used in conjunction with another special coat. If you give your horse a Golden Apple and then a Vintage Apple, your horse will lose their Golden Apple.

Draft horses cannot use this item.

This item CANNOT:

► be bought with passes
► be exchanged in the item exchange system
► be given to draft horses, divines horses, wild horses and legendary horses.
► be cumulated with other special coat items (it overwrites the previous item)

The coat is selected on the same principle as Golden Apple coats : we propose all the coats compatibles with the horse species, and you choose the one you want among the selection.

A horse from a certain species cannot receive a coat from another species. On the other hand the coat variety makes no difference. For example, you can get an old light sports coat for a massive sports horse.

When a horse with this kind of coat is given Medusa's Blood, the coat picture updates to match the new breed of horse (winged version), in the same way as the 5th Element coats.
This also updates when wings or horns are removed from a horse as part of a contest goal.

As with the other special coats, tack is not visible on pictures of horses with Vintage Apple coats.

*Remember - a horse can only be given a coat that matches its species. So this means that your choices for each species are:

Riding Horse = Riding Horse coats
Pony = Pony coats
Donkey = Donkey coats
Pegasus - Riding Horse breed = Pegasus Riding Horse coats

*There are a few issues right now with incorrect coats displaying for various kinds (ex. for Riding Horses - the option of 'Gypsy Vanner' coat shape displays as the 'Thoroughbred' coat) - so there are more options that what I've shown here, I just opted to show the ones that match up currently to their lable.

Got test server invite on france server. Did that questiong thing and gave my player name and email..

While I can't access anything else about it (different server after all) - it sounds to me like it might be a real world deal as it mentions test being taken in their office.

Now, you said you took the survey they offered - what question(s) were you asked? As depending on if the questions were location based (ex. Are you currently living in Paris or within the general area?) saying yes or no might have determined if you would be eligible or not for the test (as if it is real world - they probably want people who are close enough to where they could take a day-trip to the office.)

Wow it sounds awsome. It sounds like one of those testing tests on sites you do before they get released... maybe its like a V3 /V4 version of howrse that will be tested? Or some new features we never heard of? Hm...interesting.

The message makes it sound like it's a Real World thing that is only going to be for a select few living in and around the Paris area where Owlient's office is.
