How exactly does the Magic Ride work?

From what I've heard, the Magic Ride is some kind of board game where you roll a die and land on different places. I think so, at least. I'll do some research on it.

Its basically a board game. Over certain time frames you roll a die which allows you to move your piece around boards. At the end is usually a divine

What are the chances of getting the Divine? Is it difficult?

It takes a lot of dedication and possibly passes to get to the divine board.

Zany R. Merry,: depends how hard you can work for it and how much time you are willing to spend on getting it.the farther you get the harder it gets to get to the divine.

The way it works is like this;

You log in and roll a die to see how many spaces you move. The rolls start at 12 hours apart if memory serves, but can be brought down to lower times and more rolls per time by doing various objectives (similar to how you gain clicks for Pinatas)

As you move - you can collect gift boxes (which you can open starting on a certain date (usually the 25th) to receive gifts. You also need to collect Keys if you want to move to different boards (though once you get the Keys, you need to move to the Door space)

The Divine is usually on the last board - and requires you to land on his space to collect him (this is how it was last year)

It is possible (though difficult) to get the Divine without using passes (you just need to be lucky with your rolls so that you can collect the keys)

I feel this (that is, problems not addressed) is probably why the release of the new changes was pushed back (allow for more time to test)

If testing were to start within the next couple of days - we would have between 2 to 3 weeks to test everything. And of course, if needed - Howrse could push the release back further [I recall this actually did happen once before with one of the changes; Issues on preprod forced the release back a week or so to allow for an extra test session after a change was made]

Eh - all we can do is wait and see

I would to participate in a test server. It sounds interesting and its nice to think that I was part of helping tweak new updates

And on the last magic rides you landed on gifts, you can not open gift until thst special day, and you can give gifts to friends when you land on special spaces.

I don't understand how people get so far with the magic ride if we only get to rold ever 12 hours and if we finish objectives...

If you complete objectives, you can roll dice more often. Also later in promo it is possible to buy more throws for passes

Whew! I'm not the only one...I kept telling a friend about this fish calendar thing in spring and she kept saying I was crazy - she's actually quite active and has been around for a while so I thought I just dreamed it all up XD
