Howrse is running slow for me too... all the other websites I've been on are running fine. I've cleared my cache, refreshed my browser, etc. I wouldn't be surprised.

Yesterday it was super slow for me. I thought it was just my laptop though....

Weirdest part is is that it's only Howrse... that's making me the slightest bit suspicious of something.

Mine's lagging a little as well, but that's not uncommon for me. Howrse is almost always slower than other websites.

Now Howrse has gotten way more laggy than before. I wouldn't jump to conclusions about the new promo coming tonight, but it's not out of the question.

Hmm, I haven't experienced a lot of freezing, so part of it could be some other problems. But the promo is a good lead.

I, however am not having any internet problems, so I wonder if it's a browser issue or maybe the type of computer you have?
I'm not entirely sure but I have never heard of lags when a promo was coming and I feel like we may be slightly jumping to conclusions. While it is the best explanation at the moment, I wouldn't completely count on it.
Google Chrome and Windows 8 is what I'm using, so I'm not sure if that makes any difference at all but I'm not experiencing any lags default smiley 8-)

I think it's just a coincidence we are all experiencing these lags. We've only just finished the piñatas, and as much as I'd like the cards to come, I think it's a bit soon for the next promo. I guess I wouldn't put it past howrse, but still...

I agree, I mean there was a long stretch of GC's before we finally got the pinatas and they said that we'd have them less often (the pinatas, cards, plants...) and it's weird that they would suddenly have cards after a week or two after pinatas. I think it's going to be more then one GC between.

Very true, I do agree. But I do bet howrse is caching on that the GC isn't such a great hit as they might have expected. So maybe they are trying to raise the good emotions in the players. But you are right, we probably are just jumping.default smiley :)

haha same, I have chrome on win 7, have had zero lags. Also it could be a regional server issue as well (I used to play a game where the server in certain areas would be laggy/down, while the rest of the players not on said server would have no issues)

Yes, both agreed. Its only Howrse, and a couple of days as go, it was horrible. Really lagging.
