Diplomas, and employees, do stack. It keeps extending the deadline by 30 days

Up to you. Personally, I would say yes because A. she's a pass divine, B. she is one step closer to getting quicksilver/mercury who we hope is going to be an exceptional divine. C. Her price probably isn't going to be going down real soon. She drops 60p a month per average, which is about midrange compared to most other divines, maybe a bit on the upper end. If you don't have the resources to fill the meter, I would really waste my time though, it isn't worth waiting a few years for her to come back just to spend more on her.

Any chance the metals will have a breedable divine somewhere in there? I know so far only Platinum and Rhenium could be bred, but has howrse released anything like that?

No, Fridays typically see the start of weekend offers.

However, tomorrow is Bastille Day in France so the offers are a day early this week

Oh My Gosh! Just used 2 Themes Scales and traded 2 timers to get 2 fleeces and got Scandium on the second onedefault smiley :d I really like this set and was planning on going for it anyway. Soooo Happydefault smiley (l)

Yay turtle! Can the female only breed once? I see a 0/1. If not then I might go for the male. Don’t really like the look of the female

just keep in mind you need the male as well. By herself she won’t have much value. In terms of gains, they don’t improve much each generation so it could be years before the skills make them competitive in high eq comps.
