Personally, I'll try to gather as many passes as I can to go crazy on it. I like the Jackpot and there are some items I really, really want.

But you'll be able to get 1 jackpot for Free for sure, two if you don't go after fragments.

Can you 'save up' items till the end of the event and then choose what you want at the end according to how many items you have?

It is not. You will have to supply through daily objectives and Tyche Crowns.

I am confused by this "recharge" thing! The evolution events are one of my faves because you are able to splurge to get lots of great prizes. If I have to wait for a meter to fill up or have to choose something on a time limit I won't be very impressed as this will be seriously restricting and I think you should be permitted to spend what you like. At the end of the game if you are willing to spend the passes then you deserve all the prizes you manage to obtain

I think they're talking about the different wait times for the various types of evolution item.

It's always been like that; one takes 8 hours to refresh, one takes I think 4, and one takes 2 (I might be a little off). You can wait those times for the free ones, or you can buy as many as you like. Buying is not restricted in any way.

You're encouraged NOT to wait for the meter to fill up. You have 24 hours before it fills, so you only need to be on once per day in order to prevent this. If it fills you won't get any more items until you get an empty slot. The only thing you CAN'T do is do nothing and wait until the very end of the event and then go ham evolving your whole stash of items, cause you're limited to how many can fit in the meter. But that's nothing new at all it's always been that way.

Do we know yet if the Corgi is going to cost the same as all new divines? Will be very interesting to see them justify a 2-3k cost for a glorified Wild/Chimera

Wowwww, I thought for sure they would have it be a 'free divine' event or something.
I always get the new divines that come out every single event, but out of respect for myself I will be skipping this one I highly recommend everyone else do the same. Don't pay 2-3k for something that is worth a fraction of that Good job whoever was in charge of this one.

Well the design alone is enough to deter me from spending all those passes
