According to my calculations, you can get 54 level 1s during the event. Each level 1, paired with a level 2 gives you x8 fragments, meaning you'd end up with 432 total fragments if you only used the level 1s for fragments.

It wasn't the legs, it was the tail was that of a fish(side-to-side) not that of a whale (up-down swim movement) The base anatomy was all wrong, before they made it a chimera.

Christmas promo usually lasts way longer, it can start as early as Dec 8th and finish on Jan 4th.
HOWEVER, there's still an unaccounted for promo, since the Hike starts on October 31st and ends on Nov 15th

That makes more sense, It is also more likely since a LOT of people spend passes on the cards event, so I makes sense that it would happen during black friday because howrse I greedy as heck and people are going to need a lot of money for both the cards and black friday. Following that, Wandering Horses due tend to be pretty spread apart, it took a year after the Urban Legends for the Greek Creatures to come out, so yeah, Cards are more likely.
