They show up randomly for players for one hour. There's no pattern except for the fact that it's only available for an hour and is for a divine you already have fragments towards.

Also on another forum someone asked Contact Us, and apparently they are not going to players with low seniority. I don't know how low the cut off is...

Do we know if the day/hour is random, or is it a fixed day or days, and is it for one hour when you first log on (on that particular day) or just a random hour? Meaning when we get the special pack offers. Trying to be less confused lol.

For an idea on seniority, my UK account got one, which had 402 days at the time with no days missed.

It seems to be a random day but always the first hour when you log on - for reference mine lasted until 10:41 am and I logged on at about 9:41 am.

Actually, I think the only pattern is that it's available for an hour. I finally received an offer and it was for Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, who I didn't have and didn't have any fragments for, either.

Which meant I had to buy two of the big packs and one of the smaller one to get him, which ouch. However, I'm choosing to look at it as I've just bought my next two months of VIP a bit early, so that makes it more palatable.

Nalu, do you think Wandering Horses will be back soon since it took 5 months for The Wandering Horses in march to come after the ones in October, it's been another 6 months since the one in March, is it possible they will be back soon?
