i'm interested to see what the actual theme of the unannounced divine series is -- steampunk would be so amazing. also, has the new 'water goddess' divine been mentioned before the instagram story today, and if so is there any info about it?

On Instagram I also noticed that

they mentioned in a question/answer post that they are working on a mermaid themed divine for a future promo. Interesting to say the least

Wait wait wait wait wait WHAT? Remember how a while back, testers got a PM to do a survey to
Click to display
reflect which themes they want in the next wandering horse promo? I'm pretty sure there was about 20 options to sort from 'most wanted to see in a promo'to 'least wanted to see in a promo'. And unless I'm recalling incorrectly,
mermaids and mermen were options. So basically you're telling me that players want to see mermaids more than vampires, werewolves and various Greek mythological creatures. HOW?? default smiley :o

Well, there goes my hope for seeing werewolf-horses default smiley (lol) default smiley :'(

My guess was that she was the Lady of the Lake and therefore part of the Grail divines but we haven’t had any info other than the picture

Well in the actual King Arthur series:

Click to display
There is a character called the Lady of the Lake as Nalu93 said, who heals King Arthur when he gets on her boat,so maybe her quest will be like Black Orchid or something? ,so maybe they are deciding which knight to do next default smiley (lol) They will more than likely finish the knights and the. Move to Mermaids,Mermen,or whatever they chose default smiley :d

Also curious to this:

Just puzzled..why would Howrse bring out another Japanese divine after releasing Percival,a King Arthur divine? I was looking forward to seeing if my favourite knight,Gawain, would come out!

ahh that makes sense! i wonder what they'll name her if this is the case. traditionally the lady of the lake is called nimuë or viviane, but perhaps they'll just go with lady of the lake?

also...
Click to display
i was under the impression from previous posts that the grail divines were based on 'arthur's knights of the round table' and were all supposed to be knights? although i'd absolutely prefer if they included other characters like the nimuë/viviane/the lady of the lake, guinevere etc, i'm a little confused by the apparent deviation from what i read a few pages back...

i suppose we could have guessed wrong about the new water looking divine being associated with the grail series but it would be really random for them to promote/hype something that isn't associated with the next series of divines?

They never release one series in one go, so that people who want the series have time to recoup the passes.
We usually have intermissions.
See for example this year:
- Pastry (Christmas) - Dragon (Borealis) - Japanese (Shodo) - Dragon (Carnival) - Nordic (Odin) - Dragon (Sekiryu) - Japanese (Kabuki) - Dragon (Manticore) - Japanese (Kigurumi) ... default smiley ;)

I'm so happy they're using the Lady of the Lake, I was afraid we'd only get male characters default smiley (y)default smiley (y)

INFO SHEET part 1: the divine notes (edited- I added 2 points):
Click to display
Notes:
-There are 210 fragments available as large prizes on the board. I am unsure as to whether there are smaller fragment prizes hidden inside the territories. But if there are, then the prices listed above are maximum values.

-The Grail divines are a new series featuring characters/knights from King Arthur's legends. In order to get the drops that the divines in this series offer, you need to take your divine knights on quests to earn XP. You need a total of 2600 XP to complete a quest. Once you start a quest, all your knights will then work towards completing the selected quest. You can earn a maximum of 100XP per day, irrespective of how many knights you have.

-I refer to the divines in this series as knights even though it may be possible that not all of the divines in this series are knights of the round table. The list of divines in this series may include other important characters who are not knights in King Arthur's legends. Remember, this is a new series and we only know about the first divine in this series for now, so we can't be too sure about who the rest of the divines will represent.

-You can speed up your divine's drop rate by owning different Grail divines/knights. The total amount of XP needed to complete the quest decreases with each NEW knight that you get. And when I say new, I mean a DIFFERENT knight. Having multiple of the same knight will NOT decrease the total XP needed to complete the quest. So having 2 Percivals will NOT decrease the total XP needed to complete the quest, but having 1 Percival and another different Grail knight (that's not Percival) will. In order to get the fastest drop rate for your divine, you need to collect 1 of each DIFFERENT Grail divine, not multiple of the same Grail divine.

-If you were to own all the Grail divines, then you would drop the total XP needed to complete Percival's quest from 2 600XP to 400XP. This means that you could get a C. Timer every 4 days if you can get hold of the whole series.

-All your knights will be working towards the same quest/goal, BUT only 1 of them will be able to get XP. Hence you can get a max. of 100XP per day from 1 knight.

-You cannot go on 2 quests simultaneously. It doesn't matter how many copies of each knight you have, they will ALL automatically be locked into the same quest that the rest of your knights are doing. So if you have 2 Percivals, 2 Galahads and 1 Tristan, then all 5 of your knights will be locked into the same quest. It is NOT possible to take 1 Percival on 1 quest and the other on another quest. Basically, buying multiple copies of the same divine is a waste of passes when it comes to this series, unless you want to buy immortal divine AP farmers.

-There are a total of 11 possible quests that you can go on with your knights. But each quest is linked to a certain knight, meaning that you need to own the knight in order to go on the quest. So when you get your first knight, Percival, you will only be able to go on the first quest because you only have the knight that is linked to the first quest. The rest of the quests will unlock as you get the rest of the knights.

-Regarding how this series of divines work:
Each Grail divine will offer a different reward. Seeing as how each quest is linked to a specific knight, the reward given at the end of a quest will change according to which knight unlocked the quest. And depending on the value of that reward, the amount of XP needed to complete the quest may change. And the drop rate may change based on the XP.

I understand that, I really, really really do, and this is why I just link the other posts.
However, if you read the last pages, the number of players asking the very same question is astounding. Not three pages ago we had 2 pages (TWO full pages) of players asking what divine was coming and if we knew if this or that Divine was coming (the answer doesn't change, we don't!). The time it takes you to TYPE the question is more than what it takes you to scroll the page.
It really wears down on the player that tries to answer a legitimate question, to find a sea of the same question that's drowning the other one. You'd say the same about the same exact thread in the Gameplay Forum.
In the end, no hard feelings, I understand that they simply could have missed the answer. It does take 5 seconds to check though, especially on the same page.
Take care and cheers default smiley :)default smiley (l)

If people would stop asking those same questions so much, it would probably be a lot easier to find the posts that has the answer to those questions in the first placedefault smiley (8)
