what is the point of the new mode? So you collect these cards for what? Do you get the divine after completing the card? Is this going to replace promos or add to the chaos so now well have this, weekend offers, pass packs, and the promos themselves?
I dont know about you guys but I dont have the funds to breed, blup, do trophies, ECs, promos, and now this new mode. Its a pass sucker for sure - 100 passes per bonus and theres 10 bonuses? on top of VIP i think ill have to choose either promos, divines, or this new mode. not all

I read 1 pass per bonus, not 100.
Also, it is an optional mode you can ignore.

I have tested it and it isn't that hard.
It does require a bit of thought but while I lost the first round I won the second one. So is doable.

I have not yet seen how to test this new mode and I would love to! it does stick out to me that it isn't like a normal testing session, but does that mean the way onto the testing server is different too? or did I just completely miss something?

Wasn't the new test mode supposed to be open from today?
I'm guessing now it's probably not looking likely to be terribly European time friendly for players on int? Thanks for sharing the information so far - even if non of it makes an ounce of sense to me

Well just realised the tester banner is actually up on my homepage, but I think I must have misunderstood how the testing works as I thought we all had access and would get a message when the test site was available to the various groups? Hence my thinking it would be split into time zones for various user groups from different versions.

I was honestly expecting a message from them but so far nothing, so quite disappointed because I was quite excited to try it out. But oh well

Not sure if that's the final decision, but hopefully it stays optional and nothing is getting replaced from it.

Click to display There appears to be a rotation of divines and the fragments are split randomly among the divines on rotation. Currently I have Pisces, Fenrir, Idunn, Caicias, and Thoth as well as the new divine Athena that you get frags for when you beat a game

Click to display Having just tested it, I will be passing. I dont see any reason to try to keep this up with my current game as the prizes seem to be only fragments for more cards to play more rounds for more fragments for more cards. So I dont see the change or benefit to my howrse game, in some ways yay im glad in others boo I was hoping to get BMI or passes or something beyond this. I just see it as gambling for cards for more fragments for cards. Which is a fun mini game to be sure and a nice little side option but ill stick to the howrsey side of howrse.

Their tutorial was pretty vague, they really need to put more explanation into it. It took me a good 6-7 runs before I got my bearings, but after that its fairly easy and you can work through a 3-tier easily in ten-ish minutes

The metals are almost done, the only other ones that they are really actively adding to outside of those two are the pet horses and fairy tales. with other series rarely getting a new divine added, while Christmas ones get added around December. I personally think it's quite a nice balance, having a few ongoing series allow them to change it up and allows us to save up for the series that we are interested in. For example, I don't get the wilds/chimeras/pets when they are offered now that I have maxed the trophies, so those offers/promos are free and allow me to gather resources for the next that come along.

Do you guys think this new mode will remove the divine portals and black Friday? I wasn't sure but it seems a bit like this is an attempt to push these divine events out and replace them with a bit more time-consuming / expensive option. Not gonna lie, I like the new mode, really-- but I am just concerned that it is going to not be nearly as helpful as the other old two were. Thoughts? Also, do we know how long each roations of Olympus lasts? I was curious to see how many frags I could get- Thanks in advance |
