Click to display Some of the daily objectives to get passes require you to spend passes or items.   The first one isn't bad! The second one though.... Click to display The cheapest item from that category is Philotes Stroke, which costs 60 passes! So that's a 40 pass net loss! Obviously for big accounts with tons of these small BM items stocked up, it won't be as big of a problem, but still! It's definitely not "new and non-competitive player friendly" like Howrse is trying to say it is!

There's a few people in the thread say they haven't bought a pack they planned to, though I'm currently only halfway through that thread! Bit much to read when I have a college assignment to get in tonight!
I'm with Nalu on it: I've had a new account on the Italian server recently and I've enjoyed the daily objectives, even if there have been quite a few I couldn't do! I couldn't do much in the Cards, but by the last event I'd saved up enough to get 4 deer (wasted some on HOPs that were not kind...) and 3 other divines. Though there I got passes from day one, which they've changed here. I've never really liked pass horses: I get that for the older players it's a positive, as it encourages you to look after them to 30. But as a relative newbie I can't help feeling the negatives more: you are getting paid to kill horses, and some do starve them to kill them fast. Yes, they are only pixels, but this site is a fantasy of looking after horses and I prefer not to have that in my fantasy. So even though I'm just getting to the stage where I have my own pass horses rather than buying them all, I'm not sad to see the system go. Which brings me onto a question I do have about Iggy: (I haven't got him on the Italian server yet). Click to display When you send a horse 25 plus to heaven, do they have to die of ill-health? Or can you just click a button, like putting them down? If it has to be ill-health then that does mean there could be MORE ill-treatment of pixel ponies as a result of this...
