Hey guys, I don't come here that often and maybe a while back this was already discussed about the new Falacorn. I just assumed the Falacom was just another Falabella and would give me a higher chance of getting the bonus. Today I received a Falacom bonus on a howrse that also has a Falabella bonus. So that gives a double bonus for that howrse.
Is this a fluke or was it designed to do this? Thanks for any input.

From reading both their descriptions, I believe they're two entirely separate bonuses with separate calculations for the chance of getting the bonus.

The Falahorn's bonus is only for unicorns, whereas the Falabella bonus can go to any horse. So yes it is possible for a unicorn to get both bonus' at the same time.

Click to display Ok, so I ended up 200 or so pages back and just found out about how Howrse wanted to bring in some pass changes (which I'd absolutely loathe to see by the way, I can't even complete the mini game for the loyal player's pass on my phone and I do not own a computer)... are they still going to or did they by some miracle actually listen to our feedback and decided to keep the pass system as it is?

If you go on mobile, you can get the pass with no mini game.

That wasn't exactly the point but thanks! I'll try again tomorrow, I couldn't find the page on the mobile version last month so I supposed it just wasn't available on mobile...

They may still implement the changes, but it so far has not changed on this server. On 3 other servers (Italian, Czech, and one other, I think?) it was introduced, and the feedback was mainly negative, so they stopped for now. It may still happen though.

Czech, Italian, Bulgarian and Russian server,, Anyway, Click to display we got to communicate through our awesome moderator with Ow himself,, Our question was, why only these 4 servers have this change and not all servers, so it'd be fair for everyone playing. Answer was, that many servers are different (some with breeds, some versions have only classical riding etc.) New pass meter (30 points) is full-fledget feature, they are not withdrawing from the game. We shouldn't care about other versions, as it's not our business. Also the pass horses change was implemented because of pass horses system cheating among players. "Cheating with passes was a big problem and this change partly solved it." Just because he refused to answer our question about other versions straight away, I think other servers aren't in consideration of pass horses change so far. If they wanted to implement this feature onto other servers, they'd already do that. |

Click to display Pass horses cheating was using other players for first 10 kills (100% pass chance), with this people could make up to unlimited passes each month without any effort. This is the reason, why they implemented this change. Creating new accounts won't give you anything. To be able to use pass meter, you need first 30 seniority days, noone is doing this, because it's pointless. "An admin said themselves at the time that the change would come to this server at some point as well." An admin also said, that they are only TESTING the feature... it's been 2 years, and now they told us that the feature will stay on our server. That doesn't sound like testing only, does it? |

We are only testing it on these 3 versions first so that we can adjust it if needed. We also want to analyze the results before implementing it everywhere else.
