Hello, I don't mean to take away anything from the current topic, I have been following the discussion a little but personally I'm just waiting to see what happens. Though I would like to say thanks for the research you all put in. I was told to come here to discuss the recent announcement about taking the timers off items. I was also told any discussions related to this don't need a spoiler banner. Basically... just here to express my disappointment for one thing... why on earth can bonus items can no longer be exchanged ? What does that have to do with BMIs having timers on them? I just feel that howrse has switched one unnecessary punishment for another. If the issue lies with people undercutting sales prices then take away the ability to sell bonuses for equus, don't take them out of trades altogether. If I want to swap my BMIs for bonuses I think I should be able to do that. And finally I don't like that I had to hijack this topic just to express my opinion... it's hardly a spoiler now  Thanks I agree that howse has not really improved anything with the timers on items versus not being able to exchange them.

I am so upset about NOT being able to trade bonus items i can't believe it! that was one of the BENEFITS supposedly given to us by horse when they changed the ec and gave us workshops TO SELL OR TRADE OUR OWN ITEMS WE MAKE!
now it says you can only give them to your friends! how ridiculous! spend 5 days making lunges to only be able to give them away? yes i see it as another player said, "trading one unnecessary punishment for another". WHY on earth do we need workshops now if we can't sell or trade what we make.   after 7yrs of this i'm getting VERY discouraged with playing this game.  it was the first and ONLY online game i have ever played.now i have lost most ALL of my friends from the beginning that QUIT because of the same reason! ridiculous changes made by HOWRSE. no other reason at all. its really sad because when i started i thought this was the best game in the world! thats why i stuck with it through all these changes but it is turning into money based contests game, not playing a game with horses. the single motive seems to be to wring as much money out of the players til they get disgusted and quit and new players start the cycle over til they get disgusted and quit.how pitiful and sad.

You dont have to give your bonus items away, you can sell them in the store for equus. I think it will be much fairer in the Exchanges if only Black Market items are there.

I am trying to understand. I got the message with the removal of the timers on BM's and that they will remove these items from our list. So is it just these being removed? Can we still trade bms on the item exchange, I know we could not exchange the timer one's. But will be still be able to exchange the other one's? Thanks Vicky

Thanks Vicky Only the timers themselves will be removed. They are not taking any items from your inventory. So if you have a timed HoP in your inventory, you won't have a time limit on it any longer. You can let it sit there for however long you want. We can still trade BM items, though not the ones listed in the PM(Staff, Pumpkin, SoA), and whichever others are listed

Click to display I don't usually comment on things. I usually just read everyone's discussions and go from there. But I feel the need to voice my disappointment with the new pass system. I could go on and on but most things have already been said, so I will refrain from repeating them. I'm just going to say it sounds pointless, and why is howrse breaking a system that wasn't broken?

I was also told any discussions related to this don't need a spoiler banner. In my opinion it is not spoiler worthy. While it is in the preprod test server it was but once the Howrse team makes it known game wide it becomes a viable open topic to discuss. That is just my opinion though and the Mods may have a different understanding ( may also vary in server to server).

You just get to age it with aging rings whenever you kill and send off a 25+ horse. There will be a ranking system among the divine as to which one is the oldest but that is it. Click to display It would be nice if the new divine at least gave you aging points to help with aging all these horses. Although I guess there is no hurry to age them anyway. But you kinda like a divine to give some kind of perk.

Click to display all divines give something to praise their owner I am really into this divine but I hate that its completely worthless,I know its for pride and well to tell you have a cool divine but this totally ruined the whole thing and about the recent changes Click to display the exchange system is kinda,different I am not complaining though timed items are hard to maintain you need to keep them and force yourself to use them in a terrible horse just so you won't lose them.The bonus change is not that bad people rarely offer good things for them and the money will be better if you sell them.About the Golden Fleece I am not sure if I would ever exchange I mean its rare not even a nyx pack would be better a tip PLEASE howrse let us exchange aging points many players are always in a need of them and their hard to find |

Click to display I think everyone gets it, you can just age it more when you kill off horses. Mine will be staying as a foal. I never kill horses, they just sit there for me

Click to display why is howrse breaking a system that wasn't broken? The same goes with a lot of their changes. I have grown to get used to and like most of them. Hopefully they wont change it here. But with this pass change, it is impossible for some to grow to like it because it was their income

Probably fail but try! I like the cards promo, everyone has a fairly even chance, and it's your own choice to buy cards. The extra cards bought with passes probably aren't *needed* unless I'm wrong

How is works is Click to display Similar to the 'loyal player's pass', every three days, if you get enough points from doing unspecified things, you can get a pass from playing and winning at a mini-game. |
