I am crazy about breyers as well I am a very big collector and I go to breyerfest every year. I don't think I have a favorite since there are so many lol.

I need to restart my collection. I replace one. Theres a long thread about this on here. Just keep from high heat, fires and from being damaged. Their legs and ear tips are usually fragile.

There is actually a big topic about this further down the page, but it doesn't get a lot of posts lately. I do collect Breyer, and i have a Forever Saige model! That's awesome that you have a custom of your own horse!

I have 4 breyers that i didnt even know that they were breyers! They are palomino, white, dark buckskin, and Liver Chestnut colored.

Also, the liver chestnut's tail broke off, and so their tails are kinda fragile as well!

I used to collect Traditionals a long time ago. Sadly they are boxed up and stored away at the moment as I just don't have the room.

My favourite was Dundee or O'Learys Irish Diamond.

I love Breyer horses got a collection of 50 or so. My first was a Legionario III Medival Knight horse it was my brother's birthday and my mom handed him down I remember staring at me as if he were going to come to life. I'll never forget that night.

I found the 50th anniversary model of Secretariat at a thrift store the other day and got him for half off! It was a really good find and a great add to my collection!

Nice! Do you mean the traditional sized gold one with the roses, or do you mean the stablemate one?

I just happened to see this forum and I to collect Bryer Horses . I started a tradition with my son where we get the Christmas Ornaments for our tree as well as the Holiday Horse of the season . He also has a few that he displays on his dresser . So far I have 5 years of the ornaments and 3 on the horses . I loved this last years collectable of the buckskin horse . I have a few of their draft horses as well as the riders . My son always wants to add to his collection every time he sees them in the store .

Awesome! I do love the gold too, with the roses! I made a little collection by getting the regular traditional Secretariat, the matching 50th anniversary gold traditional, and the 50th anniversary stablemate. And i saw that they said every horse in the Kentucky Derby this year was a descendant of him! Wow, that's a true legacy!

I'm so happy to add this guy to my collection!
