Exploits

I was reviewing the results of one of the competitions and noticed that one of the horses obtained an exploit:

1 exploit and 86.52%

Can someone explain the above, what exploits are, and how they're obtained?

An exploit is when your horse performs a movement in a dressage test (competition) with a 100% score. They happen randomly, there's really no way to help your horse perform one.

The 86.52% is the horse's total score on the whole dressage test.

This is an FEI (Fédération Equestre Internationale/International Equestrian Federation) article about how dressage tests for real horses are scored/judged:

Dressage Scoring: The Basics

Howrse's scoring, the percentage you see in the results, is set up to reflect at least something of how real tests are scored.
