here are a few quick not expensive things you can do today that will help your ec and should hit 40%+ overall prestige mark tomorrow
1. MEADOWS-you either have not enough meadows as pasture or they aren't of high fertility. try to fix that. if you need more meadows. buy small ones even if you need to buy more small ones they are still cheaper.
2. CAPACITY-get at least 8 more horses boarded. to get 100% in capacity you need 100 boxes at least 50% full. these count as 2 separate 50%s. so you have 20 boxes and 2 boarders if you get at least 10 boarders that will be an automatic 50% for your capacity prestige. if you get higher quality boarders that will help with boarder prestige. after that add boxes
3. COMPS-switch all of your comps to for horses with more than 20 wins.

Fixing these 3 things the way I said will make a huge difference and they won't cost much money. and adding boarders could make you money.
